The environment is very good and unique, but the truffle digging activity is a scam. I suspect it was pre-set. The front desk is likely to overcharge. You must check the bill. But the hotel is very unique and the room is comfortable. The service is a bit of a scam.

I travel often and can say that this is the one of the best hotels in Italy. If you like luxury staying, blowing air full of flower aromas, Michelin 2024 restaurant and high class wines - this place is it. Will come again for sure!

An almost perfect experience. We experienced a car accident during the trip, but the hotel arranged and handled the whole process. The food service was also great, especially the Margherita pizza and T-bone steak.

You can watch the sunrise from the backyard. The room is said to be designed by Ferragamo. The bedding is indeed very comfortable. The hotel is on a mountain, and the roads up and down the mountain are dirt roads, which are not easy to drive. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One is a winery. The wine tasting is 140 euros and takes about two hours. The prices of the wines sold in the winery are on the high side.

A superb 11th-century castle hotel with unparalleled views of the Tuscan mountains from both swimming pools. Moreover, the bath salts used in the swimming pool have no chlorine smell at all. The room is exquisitely decorated and has a balcony where you can enjoy the sun and eat snacks outdoors😘
