Location molto riservata, curata e immersa nella natura, l'ideale per chi cerca qualche momento di evasione per rigenerare corpo e mente. Comfort e servizi da 110 e lode! Davvero provvisti di tutto: Spa privata, piccola palestra, biciclette, ristorante e tanto altro. Accoglienza e personale impeccabili e attenti al minimo dettaglio: pazienza, professionalità, disponibilità e competenze davvero elevate. Hanno anche un servizio WhatsApp molto efficiente, fornendo risposte pressoché immediate in caso di necessità. Per non parlare poi di tutta l'assistenza che forniscono sia prima che al momento della prenotazione: riescono a farti sentire "importante" sin da subito. Cibo eccellente: qualità davvero elevata. Personale di sala molto preparato e professionale, oltre che estremamente simpatico e attento a ogni particolarità. Se non ti intendi di vini (come me), attraverso piccole domande riescono a trovare la giusta soluzione per la tua cena. Colazione abbondante e di qualità garantita. SODDISFATTISSIMO. È molto semplice da raggiungere, ma molto difficile da lasciare (per quanto è bella!) 110 e lode come voto complessivo. Un saluto da Roma Emanuele

We were only with you for 20 hours but it was so relaxing. The grounds were exquisite, maintained to perfection. Our room was so large and comfortagle and super clean and sleek (the way only a master Italian design team could do it). Bed was so comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Most important part was your staff. From the moment we pulled up we were treated as family, everyting taken care of and we were pointed in the right direction each step of the way when we interacted with the Mastrojanni team - clearly the best asset of the property. So nice to be taken care of by a gorup of people who care. The absolute best!!!!! We will come back again!

Beautiful property. Lovingly restored. Restaurant is amazing. Need to light that road and have porter service up those stairs. Yada yada have to have 200 characters so freaking annoying geeze this is crazy for something done as a favor really.

Superbe relais près de Montalcino. Emplacement de rêve. Service ultra attentionné (un merci particulier à Andrea, la serveuse qui nous a accueilli au bar du restaurant). Chambres au décor épuré. Les repas au restaurant étaient tout simplement divins. Une belle découverte que cet endroit, situé à environ 10 minute du Tenuta Fanti, un excellent vignoble de la région.

Le Relais Mastrojanni est spectaculaire !! Le meilleur endroit où nous avons dormis en Italie en 17 jours de voyage ! Même chose pour le menu à la carte... juste WOW !! J'arrive au comptoir en arrivant.. .je demande un espresso... j'arrive pour payer... on me dit que c'est la maison qui offre..... le soir avant le souper, un petite verre de blanc... encore la maison qui offre..... juste avant de partir... je voulais me rapporter un souvenir du Relais... je demande un Limonadier identifier au Relais ... même réponse... toujours la maison qui offre !! Mot final... vue spectaculaire de la vallée en Toscane !! Patrick et Marie-Josée !!
