My husband amd I had the pleasure of staying at castelalfi with our newborn baby this summer. I want to preface that for me to write this review alone is a big deal because hardly ever do we feel that the experience was SO INCREDIBLE, or at that SO TERRIBLE to write a review. I’m happy to share our experience was INCREDIBLE. As seasoned travelers we have very high expectations of hotels. This was our 4th trip to Italy, 3rd to the Tuscany region and 1st with a baby. We were looking for an upscale, 5 star property, family friendly, modern Italian property. We were a little nervous when we booked Castelalfi because it seemed like it checked all those boxes and it was too good to be true. We didn’t want it to feel stuffy or unauthentic. We also, didn’t want it to feel too much like a kid resort. The staff here was so incredible in helping us book the perfect family friendly wine tastings, and helping us navigate a few travel mishaps like a flat tire on our rental car. We are forever thankful to this amazing property and staff! We can’t wait to return with our family and friends!

Luxury resort The views to die for Very attentive to details staff You can hire e-bikes from the concierge We did the olive oil tasting toor which was fun Make sure to ask for a room with view The food was okay, not that special, and considering the prices, I would expect something better. Would definitely visit again

We are extremely enthusiastic about Castelfalfi. We stayed for several days and didn’t find a single thing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect. On top of how wonderful everything was, the service was of the highest standard, especially Benjamin. What an incredibly kind person. He helped me turn my marriage proposal at Castelfalfi into a real fairy tale. Thank you for the unforgettable stay.

This place is pure luxury with an incredible view. The service was top notch, and the thoughtful touches plenty. It is a more modern resort than seems typical for Tuscany. The pasta making class was an awesome experience, and the only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the Night Safari. It is not cheap, but if you want luxury, top-notch service and a beautiful setting, you get it at Castelfalfi.

The most beautiful property in the most beautiful location. The photos and videos online do not do it justice, it is a truly spectacular place. Extensive and immaculately maintained grounds, beyond excellent service, and wonderful food and amenities. There were not many children but we found the resort to be extremely family friendly and entertaining for our 3 and 7 year olds, who found lots to do. Staff made them feel special and welcomed. We will absolutely return at our first opportunity, and have told all of our family and friends that they must visit when in Tuscany.

An unforgettable pasta making class! This experience was the perfect blend of fun, flavor, and finesse. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the instruction was easy to follow (even for beginners!), and every dish we made was absolutely delicious. It felt like a masterclass wrapped in a dinner party—elegant, engaging, and so well done. Highly recommend for anyone looking to cook, laugh, and eat like a pro.

Our stay at Castelfalfi was absolutely wonderful. The views were breathtaking, rolling hills and sunsets that looked like they came from a postcard. The hotel is incredibly family friendly, with a fantastic kid's club that kept our son happy and busy one day so my husband and I could just walk the grounds. The food at the different restaurants were delicious, authentic, and fresh. Our room felt like a home away from home: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, they were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel special from the moment we arrived. Just to name a few wonderful people (everyone was great!) Alice and Kellie were so helpful preparing for our stay and while we were there! We did a Pizza making class with our son and he says that is his favorite part of the entire trip. The Pizza Chef was fabulous and makes the best crust around! Highly recommend this gem! We can’t wait to return!
