Great place!! Unfortunately we got there the day the day after they had open. If there a day after they opened for the season and there are a few things we needed that were not sorted.

We had a little trouble finding this place with google maps, and it wasn’t clear to me that sauna and hot tub were additional costs which is very disappointing. Fridge in room did not work. However the rest of our stay was great!

Perfect Tuscan retreat.
This is a perfect place to stay in the Tuscan countryside if you want peace and quiet and luxury at a sensible price. Top restaurant and top service. An easy drive to sites of interest.

Esperienza orribile
Il mio collega era disabile e nonostante avessimo chiamato anticipatamente per avere delle rassicurazioni riguardo le barriere architettoniche ci era stato assicurato che era tutto privo di barriere e la camera fosse al piano terra. Al nostro arrivo le camere al piano terra erano tutte occupate e ci hanno dato una camera al primo piano, ascensore e montascale inesistente e quindi il personale della reception doveva portare a braccia il mio collega al primo piano ogni qualvolta lo volesse, inoltre non era possibile Acesso a piscina, a zona colazione in quanto pieno di scalini... Assolutamente da evitare per persone disabili al limite della denuncia
