Olive Stone Farm Cottages

They really did think of everything! The kitchen was well equipped and stocked, complimentary items were a big treat and very thoughtful! The fireplace, braai and reading nook was what got us there and we plan on going again! This stay is absolutely worth it, incredible detail and care goes into each cottage. What a special place! This is where hospitality meets a personal touch perfectly! Olive Stone Farm is simply on another level when it comes to location, attention to detail, comfort, value for money and seclusion. Wanda and Johan have thought of everything in order to ensure that a stay here is memorable. Stone cottage in particular was perfect for us. The size of the cottage is perfect for two people with a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous open plan fireplace, huge comfortable 4 poster bed and a delightful shower room. Outside, the plunge pool and hot tub is private and so inviting! We ordered the breakfast basket, and it was excellent value packed with beautiful cheese, ham, German black bread, butter, fresh eggs, orange juice, fruit salad and yoghurt which was so plentiful. To top off the stay, Wanda and Johans passion for hospitality resonates throughout everything the farm stands for which is so delightful. You must take a look at their farm products too, as the quality is superb. The efforts that the owners have invested in Olive Stone Farm makes a stay here the best we’ve ever stayed in, and a definite return is on the cards! Clean, fresh , organised, private ,safe , friendly. Wanda the host was super friendly. We had fresh farm eggs and rusks and more included, pool and courtyard very cute and inviting. Close to the restaurants within walking distance. Secure shade parking. Could do with an aircon, although it was unusually hot.

Stone cottage surpassed our expectations . The cottage was well equipped and little luxuries such as organic eggs and home made rusks from the farm and a bottle of wine to welcome us were a wonderful surprise. Wanda and Johan were very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. The cold plunge pool was a blessing in the scorching heat of summer and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening a perfect ending to the day. Wanda delivered a sumptuous breakfast to the cottage on our last morning which we ate with relish . We will definitely be back .
