Vous réservez 3 chambres en mai 2024 pour la braderie de Lille de septembre 2024. Vous encodez votre carte de crédit en garantie. L'hôtel Kyriad vous écrit pour vous dire qu'elle sont bien réservées et qu'il vous attend le 14/09 et... sur place les chambres ne sont pas réservées !!! Il vous faut trouver un autre hôtel d'urgence où il y a 3 chambres libres... Hôtel manquant de sérieux et le personnel d'accueil s'en fout, il ne vous aide en rien : tirez votre plan !

Vous réservez 3 chambres en mai 2024 pour la braderie de Lille qui se déroule le 14 septembre. L'hôtel vous écrit que tout est bien réservé et qu'il vous attend le 14/09. Lorsque vous arrivez vos chambre NE SONT PAS réservées !!! Il vous faut trouver d'urgence et par vous-même un autre hôtel pour 3 chambre ! Le personnel à l'accueil s'en fout : erreur informatique et tirez votre plan !

Property was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The property is situated in an industrial estate and would be better suited for those that take a car on holiday. The mattresses were hard and we woke up with sore backs everyday.

It was a modern hotel and looked lovely. We didnt have the breakfast but it did look very nice. It has a seated patio area which we sat out in in the evening with a coffee.

Accueillis dans la chambre par une grosse araignée, chambre communicante que nous n'avons pas demandé mais qui nous a permis d'entendre chaque faits et gestes du voisin, murs et portes sales, très mauvaise nuit et expérience, chambre à 120e qui est très loin de valoir ce prix.
