I really was impressed that for the price the rooms really have kitchens.

Our stay at Extended Stay America, advertised as a three-star hotel on *******, was a one-star disaster. I’m appalled ******* recommended this place. Here’s the ordeal we faced: No room keys were provided. We had to call the front desk to be escorted, but the broken door card system left us stranded multiple times when staff were busy. Our assigned room had a maintenance worker in it, with tools everywhere. Their solution? A refund and a suggestion to “find somewhere else.” Unacceptable after trusting Expedia’s recommendation. The breakfast was inedible, the room had broken shelves, flimsy comforters, no warm sheets, and a sticky floor. **** odors filled the corridors. Overworked staff seemed indifferent, and the hotel felt neglected despite a maintenance presence. *******, your three-star rating misled us into this nightmare, ruining our trip. I urge you to remove Extended Stay America from your listings. This was a one-star dump, and I expect a response on how you’ll prevent such failures.

This is a rundown property. So many issues to write down but the musty odor was the worst of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t do it!!! It looked and smelled like it could have been a crackhouse. They couldn’t make keys so the receptionist had to walk everyone to their rooms to let them in. When she opened the door to the room a horrible smell smacked me in the face. I got a refund and left.

Gross! This Extended Stay is very run down and our room was disgusting! Nothing was clean except the sheets. There was hair everywhere in the shower, pee around the toilet, the floors were sticky, the walls had food and feet prints on them, and all of the counter spaces were dirty. We cleaned ourselves the best we could and made the best of it only because we were there for a tournament and there were no other rooms in the area. The front desk staff were all amazing and friendly! You can tell they are doing their best in the situation they are in.

I didnt like anything at all. The bed was dirty had hair, looked like *****. The room and the hallway smelled musty. Overall the experience was horrible. We booked for 2 beds and we only got 1. Not happy. Pay the higher price for a better hotel.
