Hotel was clean & comfortable. No microwave or refrigerator in room...they will give you a cooler if you need to keep anything cold. They do have a microwave in the small shopping area where you can get pre-made sandwiches, beer, wine & snacks. I had a bit of trouble getting some hot water to make my tea. Coffee maker in room...tried to use for hot water but the water smelled like coffee. Staff pleasant & helpful. Would stay again if I was in area. Price reasonable for area. We did not have any food at this hotel so can't comment on that. There is a restaurant with ar onsite

This hotel is outdated. Elevator is old and was shaking on the way up. Interior of hotel and rooms are old and country. Thermostat looked like a old phone. Bathtub had brown spots and the shower head back is coming loose. The ceiling has brown spots.

This hotel was outdated 10 years ago. I travel 40 weeks a year and haven't stayed at a Double Tree this bad. I am surprised given many positive experiences at this brand. I would not stay at this location again. The carpet is frayed, walls are patched, lamp shade is torn, etc.

What a terrible experience. The second you walk in, it feels dirty, run down and not well cared for. There were no cookies upon checkin and it went downhill from there. The elevators were dirty and smelled bad. The floor we were on was falling apart with peeling wall paper, dirty and worn carpets. Our room had a leak in the sink in the open area, therefore the carpet was soaked. I am grateful we only stayed one night because our bathroom was so moldy I didn’t let my family take a shower in it. What a letdown. When you book with Hilton, you expect a certain quality and this didn’t come close to it.

This hotel is horrible. Totally outdated and dirty. Air conditioner mold in vent. Bathroom dirt/dust in vent that looks like it’s been there for years. Curtains dirty. Every year they say they’re going to remodel. No refrigerators in rooms. They bring you a styrofoam cooler. An elevator was out of service our entire stay. Groups of locals arrive on weekends for birthdays and party. Book smart and stay else where.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Save your time, patience and money and avoid this hotel, it might say 'Hilton' in name but it falls far from it. The rooms have no microwave, no bar fridge, the carpet and flooring is uneven, paint was peeling, the list goes on. We stayed here for 5 days along with a large group for an in town tournament with many different teams. To begin with only 2 of 3 elevators were working. We were down to 1 working elevator before the end of our stay...needless to say with over 14 floors getting up and down was not fun. Also the day everyone was checking out there was still only 1 working elevator, it was a nightmare... it took over 2 hours to get our stuff down and in the end had to use the stairs because the elevator was always full and even staff were also using that elevator during this time. I am still suffering from back pain. We had to get to a game so we didn't have time to waste. There was a stale smell throughout the hotel, management didn't offer any relief or help. They also billed me for breakfasts I didn't have and if I hadn't of noticed it and said something would have paid for. I contacted Hilton and the hotel afterwards and all they could say was sorry and make excuses. It's definitely run down and in need of maintenance and repair, not to mention some standard amenities you should find in any hotel room. Wifi was spotty. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our stay especially after having spent so much money on a so-called 'Hilton' hotel.
