As a long time Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed countless times at Hampton Inns. This Hampton is gross and disgusting. If this had been my first Hampton experience, there would never be another one. So many things wrong. Security is terrible, none of the building exterior doors lock. Stairs and entryways are filhy, wires hanging, etc. It is obvious that no resources are expended on maintenance and building upkeep. Now for the staff experience. The two guys working the front desk lack any semblence of customer service. I have never had any problem or complaint with a hotel’s staff but wow, these two were very unprofessional and should not interact with customers. Such a disappointing hotel experience.

Was greeted and checked in swiftly. The employees are so nice their personalities were so sunshiny. I got to go out and see the grave site scene from the film night of the living dead, it wasn’t too far. The rooms are nice and I ended up sleeping like the dead:) thank yall so much!

My recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Monroeville, PA, was disappointing and did not meet the standards I usually expect from this brand. Upon entering our room, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues: the toilet paper holder was hanging on by a single screw, making it nearly fall off; one of the curtains was noticeably ripped; there was hair in the shower and additional hair and debris scattered across the bathroom floor. A used washcloth from a previous guest was left on the sink, and debris was also present on the carpet. After a 10-hour drive, we brought these problems to the front desk. Unfortunately, we were told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. The only staff member present was at the front desk and unable to leave her post, so we had no immediate recourse for these issues. Exhausted and without other options, we had to stay in the room as-is. Based on the reviews from other guests, it seems that while some report clean rooms and helpful staff, there are recurring themes of poor cleanliness and understaffing, particularly with housekeeping not keeping up with demand or missing basic details during cleaning. Management responses in the past have acknowledged these problems but, in our case, nothing was done to resolve them during our stay. I would recommend other travelers be aware of these issues and consider alternatives if cleanliness and prompt service are priorities.

I didn't go because my trip was changed last minute. My assistant made my reservations, and did not realize that when booking through Hilton, it was actually a nonrefundable room. I explained my situation and nobody will give me a refund. The hotel manager, is a smug smartass. She responded with a smiley face and told me to have a good day, knowing I am mad as hell because they won't give me a refund. This is theft, and their will be legal ramifications. HILTON is as good to me as Motel 6. Actually, Motel 6 has better customer service. The advance Reservation people are all in INDIA, so they can't actually help anyone, and they are not willing to try.

Great price for a great Hotel. Very clean room and facilities in a convenient location for us. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of choices. Friendly staff made the stay a pleasant one. I would consider staying here in the future and recommend it to everyone.

Our room was standard for a Hampton Inn and I have no complaints about the room. I checked in on the app but had to stop at the desk for keys, and the person who checked me in was helpful and efficient. The hotel had a nice bookshelf and game shelf that is a wonderful idea and would have been nice except that all the tables were right next to a large tv that played Fox News 24/7. It ruined our evening and breakfast in the morning. We could not sit at the tables (which was also the only place to eat breakfast) without being bombarded with hate, and lies designed to make us angry. After one news story that ruined our breakfast, my kids asked if we could just leave, and we did. I would not return to this hotel.

I booked my reservation EIGHT MONTHS before I was due to check in and got an email… Not even a courtesy phone call… FOUR DAYS before I was supposed to check in. Manager and "Director of sales" rude and arrogant and unwilling to help. Who cancels like that? Bumped for a sports tournament- so my business doesn't matter? So rude. And I'm a Hilton good member for years. Disgusted and disappointed. I would recommend checking out with the Hampton Inn in Irwin if you want a reliable stay. If you're willing to risk getting canceled immediately before travel, i still wouldn't stay here bc of the nasty people who work here.
