I didn't go because my trip was changed last minute. My assistant made my reservations, and did not realize that when booking through Hilton, it was actually a nonrefundable room. I explained my situation and nobody will give me a refund. The hotel manager, is a smug smartass. She responded with a smiley face and told me to have a good day, knowing I am mad as hell because they won't give me a refund. This is theft, and their will be legal ramifications. HILTON is as good to me as Motel 6. Actually, Motel 6 has better customer service. The advance Reservation people are all in INDIA, so they can't actually help anyone, and they are not willing to try.

Great price for a great Hotel. Very clean room and facilities in a convenient location for us. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of choices. Friendly staff made the stay a pleasant one. I would consider staying here in the future and recommend it to everyone.

Our room was standard for a Hampton Inn and I have no complaints about the room. I checked in on the app but had to stop at the desk for keys, and the person who checked me in was helpful and efficient. The hotel had a nice bookshelf and game shelf that is a wonderful idea and would have been nice except that all the tables were right next to a large tv that played Fox News 24/7. It ruined our evening and breakfast in the morning. We could not sit at the tables (which was also the only place to eat breakfast) without being bombarded with hate, and lies designed to make us angry. After one news story that ruined our breakfast, my kids asked if we could just leave, and we did. I would not return to this hotel.

I booked my reservation EIGHT MONTHS before I was due to check in and got an email… Not even a courtesy phone call… FOUR DAYS before I was supposed to check in. Manager and "Director of sales" rude and arrogant and unwilling to help. Who cancels like that? Bumped for a sports tournament- so my business doesn't matter? So rude. And I'm a Hilton good member for years. Disgusted and disappointed. I would recommend checking out with the Hampton Inn in Irwin if you want a reliable stay. If you're willing to risk getting canceled immediately before travel, i still wouldn't stay here bc of the nasty people who work here.

We recently stayed here for a little league baseball tournament. To say the hotel was not prepared would be an understatement... -Check In took forever with many rooms in our group not ready at 3pm. -Everyone in our group (11 families) requested two queen or king beds. All but one received a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. The mattress for the pull out was from approximately 1972. One family in our group found fairly fresh urine stains when they opened their pull out. -When we arrived in the room there were only two sets of towels for our group of four. When we asked for more we were told there were no more. No apologies were given. -We asked four times for turndown service for our room. On day three of our stay they finally came. They only swapped out our old towels for two new ones (we asked for four), no new washcloths. And our garbages, which were overflowing, were never changed. -The sliding doors would not stay closed for the duration of the shower. They would just magically slide open. This happened to several families in our group. -Overall the staff was very dismissive of any requests. -We have asked the ACB Tournament not to include this hotel next year!

This hotel was part of a stay and play location with a baseball tournament we attended. They are NOT equipped to handle a large group of people checking in on the same day. I checked in online hours before arriving and upon arrival two hours after check in was an option at the front desk, they said they had no rooms available. Meanwhile three people were standing around at the front desk doing nothing. We had plans to go into the city and had to take everything with us. We got back to the hotel late and got a room but you could tell the room wasn’t fully cleaned. If you are not prepared to handle the number of check ins in a day, you should never agree to host guests. Getting clean towels was an issue and the bedding we had didn’t even fit our beds. I was so glad to finally check out and would NEVER recommend this hotel location. The hotel is outdated and dirty. Overall such a bad experience. Highly disappointed as we usually stay at Hampton Inns and I’ve never had this subpar accommodations. For the price we paid, I shouldn’t have been disgusted all weekend.

The customer service at this hotel is ABYSMAL. I arrived only to find out the power was out. Had they called, or texted or emailed, I could have moved my reservation to another hotel with power. By the time I arrived exhausted from driving for hours at midnight, there were no hotels with power available. I was offered ZERO compensation, and was told a manager would be following up with me. I never heard from said manager. Today, I called to follow up after sending two emails with no response. The manager was once again unavailable. When I asked the front desk clerk for rectification to the situation, HE HUNG UP ON ME. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card and calling corporate offices. DO NOT STAY HERE.
