Its close to the outlet mall. Breakfast is good ! The bathroom is a little but cramped but overall, everything is ok. Will definitely stay there again

Stain on carpet like a drink spilled, missing a light bulb in lamp, bathroom floor needed to be swept, otherwise room was comfortable. Directly across the street from outlets, fast food close, restaurants less than 10 min drive.

I had the worst night ever at this hotel. I was living with a mouse in the room. I could not sleep because, I was so afraid that the mouse might get on the bed or in my baby’s crib which is low. Called the front desk and they just changed me the room, which I understand because it was late a night. The next day, I went to the front again to check if they would put something under the door, so it does not get again in the room. All they did anything about the pest. I told them that the mouse might come to this room also, I asked if they could get a door stopper to block the underline door, they said they will check if they have or buy one at lows or Walmart. They never brought it or got back to me. This time they just said to put a towel. They did not care at all. Not even when I paid a night and did not sleep and when I have a small baby. We are even members of IHG. Not coming back here. Unfortunately, I have to stay one nightmare more. If we get sick or get bacteria from this mouse, I’ll suit holiday inn. I’m so scared of getting leptospirosis

The room was nice and clean. The ladies at the front desk at check in and check out were very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was so compfy. I will return.
