My husband found cockroaches after 2 hours of renting the room, they said after 15 mins they would not issue a refund. They were willing to to change room, the whole place is infested with cockroaches. Remind you he was only there for two hours

Poor service and bad rooms but best price.
It was one of the few available and was in bad condition, holes in the wall covered by a hastily hung picture frame and the floor was uncomfortably tacky feeling with no tv but it was a short stay for sleep after work so it was fine. The issue was that tub did not drain at all. From the first shower I took til when i left the water didn't go down at all. I work nights so I wasn't able to be up during the times they'd agree to fix it but they didn't do so even when i told them I'd wanted it fixed when their repairman was available regardless of if I'm there and didn't correct it or compromise in any other way.

DO NOT STAY HERE
The towels were stained, the room was shabby. The bedspreads were threadbare. I would never stay there again. The attendant was usually asleep. Children running in the hall throughout the night and the building shook from their running.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!
Terrible customer service. No running water and A/C was not working. Traveled all the way from texas to be welcomes in an unfriendly manner after letting the front desk know about everything wrong with the room. Ended up booking a room elsewhere after driving for 18 hours I was tired and just wanted a warm shower and get some rest as it was 2 AM already. After all terrible terrible. Management needs training on how to deal with customers.Rude.

Roach motel
HORRIBLE!! AC was off in the middle of 95 degree summer so extremely hot. When I turned on AC it was barely blowing and took 8 hours to make the room even bearable. Slept in sweat. Room had roaches(see pics) also had mold and chipping walls in bathrooms

Skip this place
Was told was over booked, got different room, was so dirty had to clean toliet before we could use it along with shower. Never even got under the covers on bed was scared to. Stayed 3 days and was never checked on much less given new towels or trash taken out or room cleaned up. Will not let me add photos i have plenty
