We enjoyed comfortable beds, great breakfasts, and friendly staff. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave.The hotel was clean, with a pleasant lobby. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Stayed here while in Madison for a work conference. The staff was supremely helpful and breakfast was different every morning with plenty of options. Comfortable beds with a variety of pillow firmnesses, which is always a relief. Great trip

One of the many chain hotels right off the beltline. Clean, convenient but ask for a room facing away from the beltline - the traffic noise is very loud. Also, there is a laundry area for guests which is nice, but it's on the hall with the rooms, and the washer was extremely loud and reverberated all the way down the hall, which wasn't great at 10:30 pm... Otherwise pretty typical room. Breakfast was basic. Staff was skeleton but they seemed to try.

I went to give my son who was super excited a bath in the upgraded rooms jacuzzi tub and immediately pulled him out. There was junk and mold in the jets like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or longer. Definitely wasn’t missed just once. I sent pictures to the front desk that night explaining the issue. I was contacted back after 6:30 AM the day of departure and told that I could use a similar room, however it was hours before check out so It would’ve been more of a hassle to move all of my families things to another room. The pool was not busy and my kids really enjoyed that part, except that twice when we visited there were no pool towels and when I heard a young girl ask the front desk attendant, her response was that they didn’t have any.

We stayed here for a wedding the last weekend in April. The rooms were very nice. My Aunt had a room and we had a suite. The suite was very comfortable and the staff was attentive and helpful. Jennifer Carter made certain we were welcomed and taken care of, and Dana provided lovely breakfasts. Truly, I appreciate the staff for their concern and care for our family.

Excellent location close to Madison and the university. Many many diverse food options for everyone in the family. Close (in the plaza across the street) to grocery store. Easy to get on and off highway

The hotel is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was full but it was very quiet. The hotel staff could not have been any kinder. When we checked in the nonsmoking room we were given had been smoked in by the previous tenant. The very nice lady at the desk immediately gave us another room. All the staff from the desk to the lady doing breakfast were great. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and great breakfast with a ton of variety. Waffles with all the toppings, ham, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and much more. Great pool and hot tub
