Really enjoyed our stay. The owners were super friendly and supplied a huge amount of snacks and things for Breakfast. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a nice restaurant within a couple of hundred metres, so no problem.
Room was big and clean, and very close to the start of the hiking trail going up the mountain, which was excellent.

Nous avions séjourné à cet hôtel il y a 5 ans et avions été pleinement satisfaits. Aujourd'hui cet hôtel ne correspond en rien à la description faite sur les différents sites de réservation. Chambre vétuste, petit déjeuner à prendre sur le palier, pas de parking. Ne mérite même pas 1 étoile à ce jour. Finalement très cher pour la prestation. A éviter.

A cet hôtel, l'enregistrement était avec code d'accès. La chambre était propre, le confort de base, le matelas était inconfortable. Il y avait un ascenseur donc pas de problème pour les étages. Le restaurant à cet hôtel était fermé. Aussi, il n'y avait pas de déjeuner inclus, ni offert comme il y avait quelques années passées. L'hôtel à mis à la disposition des clients un panier de pommes, oranges, des petits gâteaux emballés individuellement et du jus d'orange. En somme, le tout était de base.

Convenient location for visiting Montserrat. The room was fine, though the bathroom was quite small and lacked ventilation (no fan or window). On the plus side, parking was easy and hassle-free.

Country Style Room with Wonderful Montserrat View
No reception desk. Accessing code was received thru text message. It was not pleasant lobby that was old and dark with stuffy muggy smell from the smoking residuals. However. It was better to enter the room entrance stairs and corridor that was remodelled with clean modern tiles. It was also nice to have an elevator. Every level has full basket of variety sweet pastries. Refrigerator was filled with apples and fruit juices. Decorated by county style room has a wonderful Montserrat view!

No way to get inside to check in. Supposedly we were sent a code and room number to let ourselves in. We didn’t receive anything and then noticed a vague sign on the door directing us to download What’s App for this information. The whole check-in process was sketchy and very inconvenient.

If you don't mind walking 15 min a bit uphill, not steep, from the train station (past a small market) this is a great option. Missed my train to Monserrat and stayed here. It was a gem really. Clean, coffee maker in room, excellent shower, comfortable bed. Another 12 min to rack railway. Arrived after 7pm, hotel restaurant was closed but owner had reached out on Whatsapp with code for entry (phone number on door). Thank you!!!! Great option for price. Would stay again.
