Es un buen hotel y puede mejorar el restaurante
La estadia fue buena, la piscina excelente muy bien cuidada y buen servicio, la cena muy regular talvez porque llegamos muy tarde. Demoraron 15 dias en enviar la factura electronica teniendo que llamar a reclamarla.

Very convenient location but they should offer a space where to get changed if you are to early for the room. We went to a wedding and we were not offered changing facilities.

Muy buen hotel, las camas, almohadas y en general las habitaciones son muy buenas, así como todas las instalaciones del hotel. La atención por parte del personal es excelente, destaco especialmente la atención de Sua en la recepción, es muy cálida, amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Asimismo, la atención de Osmar, siempre con buena disposición para atender con amabilidad, calidez y buen ánimo. En general, hicieron de nuestra estancia una gran experiencia y un fin y comienzo de año muy bueno. Gracias también a Esneider por su amabilidad, el exito de una empresa inicia por la gerencia. Seguramente regresaremos. Una recomendación para mejorar el servicio, es revisar los procesos de la cocina para que sea más ágil.

Todo el personal es muy atento, los precios son buenos, los desayunos y almuerzos que ofrecen son de buena calidad, la zona de piscina es cómoda y hay un espacio para niños. Fuimos con un perrito de raza grande y tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable.Esperamos volver pronto
