Stayed here and booked 2 rooms (for 2 couples) back in April for a short 3 night trip. The rooms were huge and had kitchens and sofas. Check in was friendly and I'm sure check out would've been the same but we had to leave at 4am for the airport. Facility is in a safe location but extra secure with the coded entry gate. Short walk down to the lake but be aware quite steep to come back up! Breakfast was nice but a lack of options and they didn't put many pastries out, but that's my only gripe with the hotel overall. Bed was comfortable and fairly quiet around when we stayed. So overall, happy with stay and would probably stay again if in the area.

We had an amazing experience! Extremely family friendly. Quiet but with pools and waterslides for all ages. Furthermore equipped with good playground and activity team. Apartments very Nice, but also priced accordingly! The biggest + is the amazing staff and fantastic restaurant! Pasta and pizza was amazing and priced fairly!!

An unfortunately very disappointing stay. I rarely go on vacation so we decided with my husband and our 2 year old baby to treat ourselves to this complex which seems to be pleasant with activities for children. The welcome, nothing to say, very smiling and pleasant staff, regarding the accommodation it was very dirty, the first day I asked for the sofa to be cleaned for me fortunately I didn't have to sleep on it so much that it was dusty, a room that smelled of humidity even if it was aired twice a day, my baby fell ill in the bronchi, whether it was the cause or not, it would be nothing. As for the entertainment unfortunately not much seen it was perhaps not really the season yet

Perfect environment for relaxing holidays, heated indoor swimming pool with shallow water for children and half high water, hydromassage, and two outdoor swimming pools. Slides for children. New apartment with everything you need. Reception girls always nice and helpful!

The staff were very friendly throughout, but unfortunately that doesn't make up for everything. The holiday apartment was spacious, but unfortunately only superficially clean. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, there was no salt, no pepper, no towels for drying, no vinegar or oil. The apartment is extremely noisy, especially if you live on the ground floor. The pool was also very cold and there were very aggressive mosquitoes everywhere!

Been here for the third consecutive time this year. This year we found the animation unfortunately was less enthusiastic. No greeting of new children and, for example, starting the activity while children are still approaching. Restaurant is fine. Italian evening is great! Swimming pools are a bit cold. Enough and very nice sunbeds. Furthermore, some of the houses have been renovated and some have not. The part that has not been renovated is in urgent need of renovation (mould in the shower and really dated). What is also wonderful is the peace and space around you. In short, a few downsides, but definitely recommended for people with children who like peace and quiet at the same time.

A very nice facility. Everything is very clean and ideal for children. There is a small craft program and a small children's disco once a day... the children's program is very poor. The rooms are very clean; the staff very friendly. The service is catastrophic. All very young girls; they do everything. Breakfast service, children's entertainment and evening service. No idea about catering. You wait a long time before you are served. A lot of mistakes are made! No apologies or anything like that! The organizer was informed. The typical reaction came: no staff because of Corona. In conversations with other families on site, they had described similar experiences to ours.
