This is a typical old-fashioned five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, it does have a pool and the hardware is up to a certain standard. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the city center, making it very convenient for dining, massages, and daily travel. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, and the overall team performance was quite professional. However, there were shortcomings in the hygiene details. I found a discarded fruit pit in the snack basket in my room, indicating that the cleaning process was not thorough enough and the hygiene level did not meet five-star standards. What was most disappointing was that for a hotel with a not-so-low price tag, it didn't even offer Wi-Fi service. In the past, I've stayed at hotels half the price that not only had stable Wi-Fi but also offered a comfortable stay, albeit without a pool. Because the lack of Wi-Fi was genuinely inconvenient, I'm glad I only stayed for one night this time. If I visit again, I will not choose this hotel. I'd rather travel further than accept a situation without Wi-Fi.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the border gate. Our room was really comfy and had a great and wide view into China. The hygiene was generally very good. However, as a side note, we found a little bug, but that was just once. The staff was really friendly and helpful which made the experience as a whole quite pleasant.

the hotel is located near to the international border crossing, walking distance. there is also a vincom plaza next to the hotel. this is very convenient for shopping and meals. there are many eateries around too. the buffet breakfast is quite a spread, very delicious. the weasel coffee is the highlight, chocolaty and rich. it's not as caffeinated as normal coffee. the staff are friendly and helpful, i left my wooden fan in the room and they helped to retrieve it. the environment is pleasing and comfortable. too bad the swimming pool was closed for maintenance because of a storm, quite a nice pool.

The old-style hotel room was clean, though the walls showed signs of age. The air conditioning was a bit slow to cool down. The toilet made a strange noise the first time I used it, but it was fine after that, probably because it hadn't been used in a long time. The flushing power was sufficient. The showerhead had enough water pressure. This hotel is pretty good; you can't expect too much.

It's actually alright, but the facilities are a bit outdated and not very modern. I hope the owner can separate the bathroom lights from the room lights. That way, guests won't disturb each other when they get up at night.

A hotel with excellent value for money, though the location is a bit out of the way; overall, it's quite good.

The hotel was quite clean and nice, located in the city center, just a few hundred meters from the border crossing. My family was very satisfied.

I went to Mong Cai with a friend for two nights and three days, and I was satisfied with the accommodations. In particular, the facilities were clean, the breakfast wasn't extensive but was delicious, and the location in the city center was excellent. Overall, I was satisfied.

I like it except that the heating and cooling facilities are centralized.

The price is reasonable, but it is an old hotel. The service is OK. The front desk can communicate in Chinese.

It's OK. I came here for business inspection. The hotel's service attitude is good and they agreed to the temporary changes. So I recommend it and I will definitely stay here next time.
