Europalace Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Because the flight arrived at Trieste Airport late at night, we booked this hotel nearby, so we didn't have high expectations for the hotel at the beginning. The hotel service is very good. After booking, we contacted the hotel to inform it of the late arrival and asked if there was any staff at the front desk. The hotel replied the next day, asking us to travel with peace of mind. The experience after check-in exceeded expectations. I personally feel that the hotel deserves a score of about 4.5. The hotel is about 5 kilometers away from the airport and the surrounding environment is very beautiful. The single room we booked is small, but clean and tidy, the bathroom is relatively large, and the facilities are complete. The hotel's breakfast is relatively rich among hotels in Italy. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is very suitable for guests arriving late at night. According to the introduction, there are many attractions around the hotel and it is also close to the coast. There are many beautiful villas around the hotel, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean.

An older hotel with older facilities and a sense of age. The hygiene is okay, the service is enthusiastic, the surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there are no places to eat.

The hotel is definitely a hotel to be recommended in terms of location, cleanliness and service.

Sehr guter und freundlicher Service am Empfang. Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war sehr lecker und auch der Frühstücksraum ist ausreichend groß, auch für die Stoßzeit. Lediglich eine frühere Frühstückszeit als 7:00 Uhr hätte ich mir gewünscht.

Ho prenotato quattro camere per ospitare dei parenti. Ho preso accordi sua di persona che tramite mail per prenotazioni e pagamento, oltre ad essermi nuovamente recata presso la struttura il giorno dell'arrivo dei parenti per avere conferma che fosse tutto ok. Bhe...un disastro! Innanzitutto, i miei ospiti mi hanno riferito di camere con polvere visibile e un odore sgradevole. Poi, la colazione è stata un'altra enorme delusione: i prodotti erano palesemente vecchi e di scarsa qualità, al punto da essere immangiabili. Caffè pessimo. Per un 4 stelle, mi sarei aspettato almeno prodotti freschi e un minimo di cura nel servizio. Ma l'aspetto peggiore è stato la gestione economica: avevo chiaramente pattuito che le 4 camere per le notti prenotate le avrei pagate io, dato che i parenti erano miei ospiti. Il pagamento a mio carico era stato chiarito a voce, via mail e nuovamente di persona il giorno dell'arrivo degli ospiti, prima del loro arrivo, accordando che mi sarei recata a saldare prima del check-out. Tant'è che avevo lasciato la fotocopia della mia carta di credito nei documenti della prenotazione. Nonostante questo accordo, due camere sono state fatte pagare ai miei ospiti la sera prima della partenza, mentre per le altre due camere è stato richiesto il pagamento al momento del check-in (mai successo in un 4 stelle e non solo), creando una situazione di disagio e imbarazzo per me ma anche per i miei ospiti. Una dimostrazione di totale mancanza di professionalità. Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è inesistente e il trattamento ricevuto è stato pessimo.
