We don't offer five stars often: It has to be special - and we do not want to overtourist these wonderful places. Mondial will propably not be overtouristed as it is too small - on top of a little hill, friendly staff (mostly), extremely rich breakfast, good prices. The missing star for the rooms: the rooms that don't go to the sea go to the busy railway tracks...

Hotel carino, personale estremamente gentile e, soprattutto quello impiegato nelle colazioni al mattino, estremamente efficiente. A noi è stata riservata una camera al primo piano quindi niente vista mare , ma assolutamente pulita e in ordine. Probabilmente ristrutturata da poco. Bel terrazzino attrezzato con sedie e tavolino e stendino ( quest'ultimo un po' sderenato a dire il vero, ma faceva il suo lavoro) . Frigo in camera rumorosissimo, consiglio di spegnerlo durante la notte se possibile Bella la piscina, coperta ma con possibilità di aprire il soffitto.Peccato quasi sempre all'ombra. Superlativa la colazione.

Het hotel ligt boven op een berg, het strand ligt onderaan de berg. Aan de andere kant van de berg ligt het dorpje Moneglia, waar veel restaurants zitten. Je hebt aan de kust wel veel vis restaurants. Verder stelt het dorpje niet veel voor. Wij sliepen op de 5de verdieping met zeezicht. Het uitzicht was mooi maar balkon erg klein. Schimmel in de badkamer. En schoonmakers waren al vroeg in de gang aan het stofzuigen. Airco koelt niet goed, en als je de balkon deuren open zet, gaat automatisch de airco uit. Personeel niet heel vriendelijk.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per due notti in una camera standard con vista verso la campagna interna. Punti di forza della struttura sono la professionalità e gentilezza dello staff, colazione abbondante e di buona qualità, camere spaziose e pulite. I punti deboli sono invece la struttura datata che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, le camere lato interno sono vecchie e decisamente poco insonorizzate in considerazione sia della vicinanza dei macchinari dell'albergo sia della posizione che guardano verso la stazione, i treni che passano si sentono chiaramente durante tutta la notte. Nel complesso ritengo che la struttura meriti la sufficienza ed abbia un buon potenziale.

having read the positive reviews I decided to book, as soon as I arrived I was really disappointed, I used a smartbox, despite this I had to add 30 euros, we arrive around 7 in the evening, friendly staff, but the room was terrible, very uncomfortable bed , small room, bathrooms too old and with a tiny shower, the noise of the trains didn't let us sleep all night, the view from the room was terrible (on the car park) also the smartbox included a fruit basket with champagne that never arrived . We paid 10 euros more to park the car and obviously also taxes of around 3 euros each. The only positive note is the staff who are helpful and kind. overall an experience not to be repeated especially because the cost is really too high in relation to the services offered.

My friend and I stayed at the Hotel Mondial for our trip out of town. Excellent location for visiting the Cinque Terre, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station with which you can easily reach places of interest and a few minutes walk from the beach. Clean room and basic furnishings, nothing is missing. Buffet breakfast for every need, very good! Very friendly and helpful staff, as well as very attentive to guests in giving useful information on their stay and travel. Super recommended!

After receiving the surprise of a lost reservation we found a place in this super hotel for the weekend! Never been happier! Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff! Clean environments and a super sweet and savory breakfast with everything and more... it was a real surprise and we were very happy! Absolutely recommended and to return! Luckily on Saturday due to bad weather my children were able to play in the pool and they had so much fun that they never wanted to leave! Thanks to all the Staff!!!!
