Best Western Regina Elena is an average hotel with decent service. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. Parking was a bit pricey, and while the room was okay overall, the bathroom was quite small.
Breakfast was simple, with an okay selection — enough to get you started for the day, but nothing memorable.
It’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect anything fancy.

E' uno dei primi hotel costruiti a Santa Margherita, bellissimo e con un fascino storico impagabile.
Vorrei fare i complimenti a tutto lo staff molto professionale e super gentile e accogliete.
L'hotel si trova in una ottima posizione per godesi il mare e una passeggiata verso Portofino. La colazione è moto varia e ben assortita. Le camere ordinate e con il letto molto comodo.

Отдыхали с сестрой, в отеле в основном одни взрослые пары и семейные пары. Месторасположение отличное. Персонал тоже. По первому зову принесли гладильную доску и гели для душа. Были тапочки, каждый день убирали, меняли полотенца. Близкое расположение к морю. Хороший чистый пляж. Все вежливые. Заход в Море сложноватый, камней много. Но с пирса есть летсницы. Есть русскоговорящий персонал. Девушка на ресепшен и официант , они были очень вежливы и многое подсказали. Хороший чистый городок, можно пешком дойти до портофино.

The location is excllent if you like walking along the sea-coast. Though, despite the quiet location and no outside noice, you can hear all sounds from inside (the hotel floor) when you are in your room anticipating relax and privacy. Moreover, in case there is a connecting door in your room, be sure to hear every little sound from your neighbour like they are in the same room with you - that was a huge disappointment. Also, all chats from the corridor, vacuum cleaners and music from the nearby rooms - literally everything. The cleaning was excellent. The breakfast board offers a wide choice. The ladies at the receptin are super friendly and supportive!

Easily accessible structure, convenient internal parking, excellent cleanliness, welcoming and very professional staff. Abundant and varied breakfast. Comfortable, bright room, modern furnishings in excellent condition. Very pleasant outdoor space.
