Le falta mantenimiento a los cuartos en gral….. (arreglo de persianas, TV. Lámparas, toallas de manos… etc ) detalles que NO impiden descansar tranquilos ….. el desayuno excelente !!! Sencillo pero rico!! Gracias por los servicios .

I disliked that no hand towels were provided and we had to ask for an extra towel for the hands. There were no tissues. Therr was a little bit of hair at the entrance of the shower. The shower fixture to open the water was loose and fell off.
I had to reput it. That would not have hapenned if the hot and cold had been installed correctly. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was friendly and accodaring.

Súper mala experiencia. Para empezar nos querían dar otra habitación peor a la que habíamos reservado. El baño esta horrible y no dan ni siquiera toalla de manos porque “no las manejan” a parte de que olía súper mal, tanto el baño como la recámara, las sábanas estaban usadas y obvio no olían a limpio, y el lavabo estaba todo tapado. Todo el hotel está infestado de cucarachas, y el aire acondicionado hace más ruido que una locomotora. Ni siquiera te dan un vaso decente donde tomar agua porque son de unicel y re utilizados. Por el mismo precio está el hotel fiesta inn Monclova se los recomiendo :)

El hotel está bien, pero el cuarto tenía mal olor, las camas bien, aire acondicionado mal estado y no había internet inalámbrico, se supone que era con desayuno incluido a partir de las 7 30 y a las 7 25 estaba cerrado, no había ni café. Pueden mejorar estos servicios.

Muebles y sabanas viejos ,clima de habitación excesivamente ruidoso supongo también por ser muy antiguo , en los pasillos y elevador no hay clima , mal drenaje y olor fuerte si tu ropa huele a humo al salir de una reunion y por lo tanto la habitación huele algo a humo te multan creyendo fumaste dentro segun sus políticas.

This place has poor amenities and they dont take care of the room. For instance, the mirror was broken, there was no mat for the bathroom which you can fall with the water, the pillows were FLAT. Not comfortable at all, there is no black out so at the early ray of light, all the light comes thru the windows. We asked for a iron and we had to go down and leave our identification for them to lend it to us.
The PRO is that they have a buffet that is included in the stay that is pretty good.
