Rude manager. Booked on booking with breakfast included and spa, too bad that upon arrival we discover that breakfast is a vending machine with snacks for a fee and the spa costs 100 euros for an hour of hydromassage. Absolute rip-off. The only saving graces are the cleanliness and the modern rooms even if the TV is not connected.

Struttura rinnovata e con potenzialità che, a nostro parere, nom vengono sfruttate. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato parecchia scortesia al nostro arrivo e qualsiasi minimo servizio è a pagamento. Peccato anche per i prezzi proibitivi del centro benessere e per la colazione inesistente. La pulizia invece è molto buona, così come la posizione per la vicinanza agli impianti sciistici e a Madonna di Campiglio.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia il weekend scorso, in formula di B&B, hotel pulitissimo, arredi semplici ma nuovi,stanza occogliente per 3 persone, il bagno con doccia bella grande.Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, la colazione un pò scarsina di torte, per il resto consigliatissimo!

Si salva solo la pulizia. All'esterno è un tipico hotel baita di montagna. All'interno gli spazi comuni sono molto puliti, idem la camera, anche se molto minimal e standard. Ci siamo però trovati di fronte a un personale non troppo cordiale, non una parola di troppo, il pagamento è stato richiesto subito all'arrivo (solitamente il saldo non è al check out?) e la cosa peggiore l'abbiamo vissuta la mattina dopo: la COLAZIONE. Di certo non come ci immaginiamo la tipica colazione nei paesi di montagna, con le loro prelibatezze. No. Una colazione triste, evidentemente prodotti confezionati, non freschi, poca varietà, caffè e bevande disponibili solo da una macchinetta (l'altra non funzionante) tutto di dubbio gusto. Insomma non quello che ci si aspetta in montagna. La mia valutazione quindi non può superare le 2 stelle. Peccato perché i presupposti ci sono per poter migliorare la qualità.

Richiesta di pagamento all'arrivo, TV scollegata, acqua fredda in doccia, colazione in un altro hotel a fianco, con prodotti poco gradevoli. Parcheggio pieno di ghiaccio, sarebbe bastato buttare un po di sale! Sicuramente il prezzo di 313 euro a notte x 2 persone troppo esagerato per i disservizi ma anche per la tipologia di struttura.
