Empezando por el personal de recepción que resultaron ser personas muy poco resolutivas, no sé qué trato al cliente quieren que puntúe porque prácticamente no hubo, antes de llegar les escribí un mensaje haber si podían darme una respuesta rápida, a día de hoy no han respondido y ni siquiera nos dijeron nada durante la estancia. El segundo día de nuestra estancia quisimos comer en un restaurante de los que salen en la web, la carta tenía muy buena pinta la verdad, resulta que de los tres restaurantes que tienen ninguno funciona con la carta que está colgada en la web, nos hicieron dos “bocatas” con un pan duro y una carne sequisima, que lo quisieron vender como “bifana” y ya puedo ser yo todo lo turista que quieras, pero en un hotel 4 estrellas lo veo una vergüenza. El segundo día también envíe un comentario con quejas, a ver si así hacían un poco de caso o algo, no hubo nada. La preocupación hacia el cliente en este hotel es una lástima. En fin, es mi humilde opinión.

Nada a apontar muito bom, desde o alojamento ao pequeno almoço, a localização, a zona envolvente sossego, a simpatia dos colaboradores, o SPA, apenas 2 criticas talvez falte um pouco de espaço para estacionamento e se recuperarem a zona dos ribeiros com a agua a "correr" então estaria perfeito a repetir logo que possa.

O meu quarto foi-Suite Superior.É muito bom,muito confortavel espaçoso e moderno. Staff...recepcão é Simpático. Staff do local de pequeno Almoço a alguns metros do Hotel + - 50 metros foram muitos simpaticos Pequeno Almoço... mais do que suficiente ,e com variedade.Também é bom. Aconselho a quem visitar este hotel para verificar primeiro a disponibilidade para os tratamentos ...massagens etc.Aconselho a marcar primeiro,para não chegar ao Hotel e no local dos tratamentos ter a triste informação que não existem mais tratamentos disponiveis no periodo em que fica no hotel. De resto como hotel gostei.

So nüchtern und steril wie ein Hotel für Geschäftsleute. Die Rezeption ist etwas entfernt im Hotel Central, was schlecht kommuniziert ist. Den Spa und Pool haben wir nicht gesehen, denn dieser Teil hat nur bis 18.00 Uhr geöffnet, wir kamen erst kurz vorher an..Der Spa kostet extra Eintritt: 15 € plus 3 Euro für die Bademütze. Das Frühstück ist OK.

Muy buena relación calidad precio, estancia muy agradable, desayuno espectacular y de buena calidad, nos quedamos un día más de lo previsto, personal muy atento y agradable, no había plancha, lo comunicamos en recepción por si nos podían facilitar alguna y al momento la llevaron a la habitación, muy recomendable.

Hace años fuimos a ese hotel pero al termal y todo maravilloso, ahora hemos estado en el puré y es un desastre , para acceder a la habitación había que subir un tramo de escaleras sin ascensor y cargando las maletas, las habitaciones sucias , con telarañas en la terraza y sillas , la comida del restaurante solo merece la pena el desayuno que es cortito pero bueno y la comida pésima sin variedad y no la reservamos , el bar de copas cierra a las 10 por lo que no puedes tomar nada y el camarero antipático y el antepenúltimo día a la limpiadora no le dio la gana de hacer la habitación y tuvimos que ir a buscar enseres para limpiar nosotros ya que ellos a pesar de que el personal duerme en el recinto no tienen limpiadora de guardia y encima no se disculparon , así que si queréis ir a Portugal cojes otro hotel porque esté con los años a perdido mucho y me imagino que es al cambiar de dirección que ya no les importan los clientes , el personal del restaurante súper amable sobre todo el encargado por decir algo bueno

Hello, I have just left the Monchique hotel, and I need attention to this complaint, I chose to spend the carnival holiday in a resort resting and I paid for it, we can't even call this place a resort and spa, we couldn't at least go to a swimming pool because it was disabled and dirty. The resort's restaurant served us the same dish for lunch and dinner every day, the same food and poor service. If the problem is not resolved here I will look for my rights, attached is the beautiful paper they offer us at check-in, but they don't say that any of this works. I spent money, I ate badly, I didn't relax, and I walked 300 km to do it
