We were looking forward to our stay at Abbey Resort on September 17th. However, during our tour through Greece we had to cancel our trip due to a death in the family. We immediately informed Abbey Resort of this as well as the accommodations afterwards. All accommodations we were supposed to go to were concerned about what happened to us and we could cancel for free except Abbey Resort. Despite the fact that we informed them of this more than a week in advance, the response from Abbey Resort came across to us as "too bad" but we do not cancel for free. A refund on the total amount came, € 4.50. We are too astonished about how Abbey Resort dealt with this.

I don’t think I ever met so nice people in Hospitality, or such a cozy hotel 2 minutes from the sea downhill! We were there for a MTB competition and we loved the pool stay with our toddlers! Good for families, young people and athletes!
