Really nice hotel. Very clean and tidy. All staff we came into contact with were pleasant, especially the restaurant staff, very attentive without being over the top. Rooms are a little dated, but cleaned daily with fresh towels. Hairdryer is terrible, take your own. Themed nights in the restaurant, some of the dishes are repetitive just with a different name however some of the best AI food we have had. Always hot and tasty. Doughnuts on an afternoon between 4&5 are delicious. Sandwich station at the beach is also a great idea. Beach snack bar is a nice setting and the food is cooked on order so you may have a bit of a wait, but it is worth it as everything we had was delicious and good portions. The only downside for us was the bar areas. We like to sit and have a drink late afternoon before heading back to the room to get changed and felt the pool bar and beach bar didn't really have the right setting and the main lounge bar inside was not very inviting and drinks are not great. Small shop on site with a good range of items. Money exchange at reception (only change small amounts as you cant change it back in the hotel) and a good towel system, you can change your towel as many times as you wish. Loads of mosquitos so take some repellant/after bite. Beach area is lovely. Relax pool was good, we never sat around the main pool with the slides as music was very loud. We took the train into Monastir which was really straightforward and so cheap. You will be hassled in the main town, I'm used to it as we go to Turkey quite a bit but this was far worse and I don't think I would go again. A lot of tennis players in the hotel. They never bothered us and we spent a couple of mornings watching them play. If you booked through Tui, Aladdin is the best rep I have ever come across and please attend the welcome meeting as he will give you information you need to know if you go outside of the hotel. All in all a great relaxing holiday. We probably wouldn't return but only because we like to go to different places/hotels but I would definitely recommend.
