Held hotel guests very naked very casual not dressed very shocking!!! in the hotel entrance hall and in the buffet restaurant it is necessary to review the clothing of certain customers (female) we must respect the very vulgar people see half naked for a very beautiful hotel it spoils the image of this hotel inappropriate behavior of certain customers and the host flirts with customers, a shame for such a beautiful establishment!!! To see urgently the rooms are perfect maid at the top very clean establishment despite the rest thank you to the service staff and respect the rest to see again urgently lack of respect thank you to the manager and the director to review certain details thank you for your welcome .

Just back from 8 nights here with my family. Arrived late 11.15pm so went to check in but guy offered us food firstly which we were grateful for. Rooms, yes they are dated and yes could do with some work and maintenance but do you go to Tunisia to sit in your room? No, nor us unless you have thunderstorms! Staff are so helpful and friendly- both housekeeping and in dining rooms. Food aplenty - good choices and plenty of options. Drinks could have been served in bigger glasses save going back to the bar so much. Entertainment was really good especially the Tunisian Folklore night. Entertainment staff were really good. Definitely hope to visit again in the future.

We stayed a day in this hotel and what to say about customer service !!! Manel at the reception smiling and listening. Madame Saida has ensured that all our needs are met. The swimming pool is large in the surface and deep. The outdoor furnishings are well thought. There is a coffee with a beautiful view of the beach of Monastir. Monastir has a beautiful view. The castle on the slopes is a bird's eye view of the curved beaches and piers filled with hundreds of yachts and sailboats. A few hundred meters from the castle to the city center is the Medina surrounded by the ancient city walls. Our Marina Cap Monastir-Apart’hotel is located on the other side of the castle castle. From the door of the room, you can see the light blue and white boats and masts in the levee. At the outermost end of the levee, there are three lighthouses of different colors, which play the role of finishing touches, making the picturesque scenery more perfect. The hotel and other hotels are white-walled blue window doors that look beautiful and elegant against the blue sea and blue sky. Although it is located at the pier, the hotel is safer and the traffic passes through the security checkpoint. From the Apartment, we can see the yachts and ships, with the colors of white and baby-blue, And three light-houses standing on the dykes, which makes the view perfect.

It was my fifth stay in Tunisia in 2024, unfortunately the worst one. First of all, the hotel looks much different than on the pictures: it is a huge, grey and depressing building with about 400 rooms. The hotel was fully booked and crowded so it remained me of a wasp nest: hungry, angry, loud. Completely insufficient staff for so many tourists ! Beach: 8 meters wide, people squeezed like sardines, lots of sea grass all around the shore. Swimming pool: salty water, very crowded. Bars: almost empty, 1-2 bottles present, you need to drink what is available (see the pictures) And the worst: main restaurant- real disaster: people fighting for a clean table, cutlery, food. I have never seen such a mess in my life. Mission impossible for the staff to do their job. All in all - the hotel is focused on maximum earning No value for money, no respect to the tourists. I am not happy to write such a review, but will not come back there ever again 😥

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel via des amis habitués (merci à Mehdi et Leila) Un hôtel avec un potentiel incroyable, beaucoup de charme, taille humaine donc très reposant pas énormément de monde et pendant la saison c'est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles il fait bon y vivre, le personnel est à l'écoute très serviable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine il y a en pour grand et petit sous la surveillance permanente du maître nageur. Vraiment un hôtel simple minimaliste et qualitatif qui se démarque de ce qu'on peut voir dans le coin J'encourage fortement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Palmiers et nous reviendrons c'est certain.
