I have really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic could not fault them. The outside areas and beach were clean and full of activities. Beach activities were fun and cheap. The rooms weren’t much to look at and needed modernising but kept very clean. Fresh towels every day. Cleaners were very friendly. Overall we would visit again :)

The animation team were brilliant they were so convincing and wanted everyone to get involved in dancing and I enjoyed that but unfortunately my first night here I arrived late due to my coach taking ages to get here than what it was supposed to be and I arrived at reception and asked if they still did food and they went yes there was in fact no food still on and they said they couldn’t do anything about it I then went straight to my room and starved the whole night not eating for over 17 hours, when I got to my room the tv had only 3 channels and 2 of them weren’t even my language and the other one was an American news my bed was two single beds put together which kept sliding about my bedroom was also not cleaned for 4 days and the WiFi is horrific it was not working at all even in my room same complaint from most the hotel I asked them at 15:40 please can you fix it I’ve got some work to do they said it’s not there problem it’s the technicians 8 hours later still not working I asked them can you please get this fixed he went it will get fixed tomorrow multiple I talked to at the hotel have had the same problems as me
