Location incantevole stanze accoglienti.La suite una bomboniera con vasca Jacuzzi. Sono ben accolti i nostri pelosetti. Cenato a base di pesce molto buono. Colazione abbondante ed internazionale. Il personale preparato ed attento al cliente. Il parco che circonda la struttura dispone di un 'area fitness, c'è una SPA ed una piscina all'aperto. Dista da Venezia circa 35 minuti. Eccellente struttura con piscina scoperte ed ampie sale interne adatte ricevimenti ed eventi aziendali. Abbiamo ambientato insieme a Luciana alcune lavorazioni del Film è tutto è stato ottimo. Cucina realmente consigliata. Dispone di ampio parcheggio interno per auto. Consigliato.

Wij verbleven in dit hotel in een familiekamer. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd en hebben een renovatie nodig, maar ze zijn heel schoon. Je hebt een mini koelkast op de kamer en de familiekamers zijn heel ruim. Elke dag werd je kamer goed schoongemaakt en kregen we schone handdoeken. Het gehele hotel is heel schoon. Het ontbijt is heel erg gevarieerd. Wordt goed aangevuld en is heel netjes. De restaurantmedewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk. We hebben maar een avond in het hotel restaurant gegeten, de kaart is niet uitgebreid, weinig variaties. De porties zijn allemaal klein ook van het hoofdgerecht. Wel was het heel smakelijk. Behalve de enige kipgerecht van de kaart, de ceasar salade was niet lekker, droge kip en alleen maar sla en bijna geen dressing. Jammer dat de kaart en de portie klein is, anders hadden we meer gebruik gemaakt van het hotelrestaurant. Het zwembad is heerlijk, rustig, mooi en schoon. Voldoende ligbedden en schaduwplekken. Fijn dat je schone handdoeken krijgt bij het zwembad. Bij het zwembad snack bar kan je lekker eten, drinken en ijsjes halen. Genoeg ligbedden. Het hotel heeft een grote eigen parkeerplaats en ligt in een mooie park met veel groen. Dicht bij venetie stad. Klein supermarkt op loopafstand. Het is aan te raden om een auto te hebben want op loopafstand is er weinig te beleven. De receptiemedewerkers zijn echt vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik wil vooral Sarah van de receptie bedanken en Maria van het restaurant. Maar iedereen is echt vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Top hotel die ik zeker aanraad. We komen zeker terug.

The decision to book a room at this property proved to be a disappointment from the moment of arrival. Although the lobby had a typical look of a business hotel, the rooms and the structure as a whole seemed to have remained behind in time, reminiscent of the hotels of the 2000s. In 2024, a renovation seems to be essential to adapt to current standards. The room assigned to me was anything but welcoming. The carpet was dirty, ruined and full of dust, and the presence of bedbugs further compromised the environment. The empty refrigerator, with only two bottles of water and still broken and rusty, together with the use of plastic cups, seemed out of place in 2024. The door of the cabinet attached to the desk even fell when first opened, risking causing physical damages. Although I appreciated the warm, soft lights of the lamps, I didn't find anything exceptional that I couldn't find in other hotels with fewer stars. The courtesy set in the bathroom was very basic, without the presence of bathrobes. The clogged sink and non-working exhaust fan added to the experience. The bathtub was dangerous due to its slipperiness and the installation of a fixed half glass panel, making it difficult to turn the water on and off with the risk of injury. The presence of limescale and mold made the stay even more unpleasant. After the problems encountered with the first room, the staff, in particular Luca from the reception, proposed changing to a deluxe room in the villa. Despite the leap in quality, there were still flaws, such as the lack of electrical sockets near the bed and a minibar with only two bottles of water provided by the hotel. On the other hand, I must point out that the bed was quite comfortable. The welcome from the staff was exceptional and always available, a positive point amidst the disappointments. However, the request to pay for the stay at check-in annoyed me extremely. Having not yet arrived, the advance payment seemed like an excess of zeal, totally rejected. Ultimately, although the welcome was appreciable, the overall experience leads me to believe that, at present, this hotel deserves a maximum of 2 stars, considering the numerous inconveniences encountered during the stay. P.S. €100.00 per day in agreement with the nursing home including the meager breakfast I mentioned before.

Stupendous location to say the least…friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff, finding a solution to any need. We had a lovely evening. A special thanks to the maître Fabiano, very professional.
