Чистота в отеле поддерживается на высоком уровне — здесь без нареканий. Кальян на территории — на отлично, заслуженная пятёрка. Минусы: На завтраке подали салат с гусеницей — крайне неприятная ситуация, которая испортила впечатление от кухни. Вечером в ресторане также замечены проблемы с кухней: блюда не соответствуют уровню заявленного сервиса — оценка "два". На пляже на территории отеля были забыты очки, но, несмотря на обращения, найти их не удалось. Обслуживание в целом тянет на "тройку" — не всегда вовремя реагируют на просьбы, есть ощущение несогласованности между службами.
