The staff of the hotel was very helpful and polite from the first minute. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasteful and with a wide variety of choices. Parking is easy either in tbe hotel or at a private parking just next door.

Pour un week-end à Milan en couple Très bon emplacement, à 30mn à pied du début du centre-ville ou 10mn en vélo. Parking disponible à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Quartier Navigli juste à côté Hotel au design ultra contemporain qui change régulièrement (nombreuses œuvres à vendre) Accueil au top avec boissons fraîches, glace et pop corn! Chambres spacieuses et silencieuses, petit déjeuner très bien. Piscine en rooftop incroyable ! Mais tarifs du bar déconnectés.

Hotel molto bello ma ci hanno dato due camere comunicanti, in una la doccia perdeva acqua dal soffione e il bagno era allagato oltre al fastidio dello scroscio dell’acqua per tutta la notte. Nell’altra l’acqua non si riusciva a regolare, o bollente o gelida. Ci hanno proprosto un cambio camera con due camere separate ma essendo due adulti e due bambini con un bagaglio unico per noi era impossibile separarci e neanche lo volevamo. Una camera in quelle condizioni non si dovrebbe proprio vendere

Soggiorno spesso al NHOW di Milano e la mia esperienza è sempre stata positiva. L’hotel è arredato con pezzi di design e in uno stile contemporaneo davvero accattivante. Si trova in una zona molto dinamica di Milano, in un polo artistico e culturale, e a breve distanza dai Navigli. La colazione è un’esperienza unica, con varietà di dolce e salato, e dei dessert a tema che cambiano ogni giorno. I ragazzi alla reception son sempre molto professionali ma amichevoli, non impostati. Oggi ad esempio mi ha accolta Simone in maniera molto solare e mi ha dato anche dei consigli sull’utilizzo dei punti! Decisamente il migliore NH hotel di Milano e in generale tra quelli in cui son stata in Europa!
