Dit hotel is prima. Een heerlijk zwembad en bubbelbad. Zeer prettig personeel. Het ontbijt was wat minder. Geen heet theewater maar warm. De koffie mag ook wel wat warmer zijn. Het brood is ronduit matig. Geen krokant stokbrood maar taai stokbrood. Ook weinig variatie in de broodkeuze. Wel heerlijke scrambled eggs en spek. Ik twijfel tussen drie of vier sterren, maar geef overall toch vier.

Très bon hôtel bien placé Très bonne hôtel qui possède des chambres spacieuses et une literie de qualité. Le plus c’est le spa avec piscine intérieure hammam sauna et petite salle de sport. Peignoir et serviette disponible dans la chambre et pour ceux qui oublient leurs maillots de bains et leurs tongs, achat possible a petit prix.

FUYEZ ! RUN ! Je n'ôterais pas l'aspect esthétique et culinaire de l'hôtel qui sont très bien mais pour le reste, fuyez ! J'ai organisé un séminaire professionnel pour 60 personnes en septembre 2024, le service client = ZERO ! à revoir totalement et je pèse mes mots. Avant tout, ce sont des VOLEURS qui ne veulent pas rembourser un trop perçu de 1500 €. De plus, ils facturent des prestations non utilisées ou annulées avant séminaire. La qualité d'accueil est inversée, c'est à dire que c'est vous, le client, qui êtes au service de l'hôtel et non l'inverse. C'est à vous de vous plier aux exigences du service commercial et de restauration et pas eux. Pour un 4**** et un groupe de 60 personnes, ce n'est ni professionnel, ni acceptable. Si vous travailler dans l'évènementiel, vous savez qu'il y a toujours des aléas. Dans cet hôtel ce n'est pas concevable et surtout pas possible ! 20 ans d'expérience dans l'organisations de séminaires partout en France, nous n'avons jamais été traité de la sorte, même les convives étaient choqués. C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive et c'est surtout la première fois que je me dois de laisser un commentaire de cet ordre. Ca peut arriver à tout le monde d'avoir un mauvais jour mais là c'est la mentalité de l'établissement qui est comme ça. Si vous apprécié d'être traité comme une vache à lait, qui n'a pas son mot à dire et qui vous parle comme un enfant de 4 ans, alors, vous serez ravis ! FLEE! RUN! I wouldn't take away the aesthetic and culinary aspect of the hotel which are very good but for the rest, run away! I organized a professional seminar for 60 people in September 2024, customer service = ZERO to be completely reviewed and I weigh my words. Above all, they are THIEVES who do not want to reimburse an overpayment of 1500 €. In addition, they invoice for unused or cancelled services before the seminar. The quality of welcome is reversed, i.e. it is you, the customer, who are at the service of the hotel and not the other way around. It's up to you to comply with the requirements of the sales and catering service and not them. For a 4**** and a group of 60 people, this is neither professional nor acceptable. If you work in the event industry, you know that there are always hazards. In this hotel it is inconceivable and especially not possible! 20 years of experience in organizing seminars all over France, we have never been treated like this, even the guests were shocked. It's the first time that this has happened to me and it's especially the first time that I have to leave a comment of this kind. It can happen to anyone to have a bad day but here it's the mentality of the establishment that is like that. If you appreciate being treated like a cash cow, who has no say and who talks to you like a 4-year-old, then you will be delighted!

Très chouette hôtel, belle chambre (suite terrasse), personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner très bon. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant. Juste dommage que la terrasse n’était pas propre : un mégot de cigarette qui traîne en plein milieu et meubles pas propre : comme il faisait beau je les ai nettoyé moi même pour pouvoir en profiter. Spa très bien : l’eau de la piscine était bonne
