After travelling all day, I rang here and booked a room. I said I was 20-30 minutes away. Which was fine by them. They took and charged my credit card to confirm it(I’m not sure they are even allowed to do this legally). I arrived 30 minutes later (I checked my phone history to make sure), upon walking in to check in, the rude and abrupt lady on reception told me I had taken longer than 30 minutes and someone else was now in it who had booked it online. It has taken 3 days to get this money put back on my credit card. The single room was $359 for the night which I found excessive but was willing to pay that amount thinking I would be getting some much needed rest, a nice environment and friendly service. I was then left in the lurch to find alternative accomodation at 8pm at night. Disappointed is an understatement!!!

The Motel is clean & comfortable. Could do with some chairs in the room and kitchen cupboard needs fixing.

Wasn’t as clean as I would have expected and there was a sign to wash your own dishes but no tea towels provided.

Easy check in. There was a sheet with a hole covering the couch. There was a doona with no cover on the main bed. I would assume this does not get washed each use. The microwave did not heat up food. There was only 3 coffee packets. We went to wash up only to find a dish brush that was old and warm out. These things could be so easy to fix to make the place better

The room was pleasant and clean although fridge interior needed a more thorough clean. It is a quiet location and easy to get to other places and the beach. No wifi password given and no one at reception at all to ask. Our bed was a king bed but the bottom, non fitted sheet was only a queen so it did not fit at all and moved whenever we rolled over.
