Everyone is nice and helpful. Stefano has been amazing, he picked us up from the airport and waited until we finished after we spent a long time filing a claim on our suitcase. Totally recommend

Struttura carina, camere spaziose, piscina piccola ma ok. Colazione scarsa e con prodotti non eccezionali. Federe dei cuscini già usate, letti rumorosi. Posizione ok vicino Firenze e stazione treni sedici che porta subito a santa Maria novella

Esperienza piscina pessima! Mancanza disponibilità di sdrai per tutti…e nessuno che monitorare quanti sdrai può prendere una famiglia a testa.. alcune famiglie avevano 10 lettini altri costrette a sdraiarsi con gli asciugamani sul terreno…al pari di una piscina comunale… fatto presente al bagnino che, sdraiato comodamente sullo sdraio ha continuato a spippolare al cell dicendo che non ero un problema suo…ma andava al buon senso delle persone non prendere troppi lettini….secondo me un monitoraggio sarebbe doveroso dato che non ho certo pagato meno di chi un lettino l’ha avuto!!! Fatto presente anche alla reception che dice di averlo comunicato al titolare…masi pervenuto a verificare!!! Magari quando organizzate queste giornate, noi siamo venuti per 15 agosto, con la piscina compresa magari se non siete organizzati o non lo fate o lo specificate prima che gli sdrai non sono compresi, no al momento del pagamento.

Prenotato 5 giorni su Booking con l’idea di agriturismo immerso nella natura, idea di relax, piscina e cibo ottimo.. certo peccato che sembrava di essere da tutt’altra parte! Camera con i muri sporchissimi, due materassi vicini uno più basso e l’altro più alto, la mattina ti svegli con un mal di schiena allucinante. Ventolino che ha sistemato il mio compagno perché era svitato e faceva un rumore insopportabile, zanzariera rotta e al suo posto c’era una attaccata con il velcro, doccia intasata dal calcare, anche quella stappata dal mio compagno. La colazione parliamone, l’unica nota positiva era la signora che la mattina ci accoglieva, gentile e solare.. ma le torte avanzate messe lì per giorni e pochissima scelta.. piscina lasciata proprio andare, sporca e disordinata.. la prima cena l’abbiamo fatta nel loro ristorante, cibo normale ma niente di che. Mi dispiace molto perché il posto è meraviglioso, se solo ci fosse più passione e amore risalterebbe molto di più. Spero che la mia recensione possa esser costruttiva. Niente è facile, ma basta così poco..
