Personale molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Cucina ottima, colazione abbondante con ampia scelta dolce e salata, cena ottima e abbondante. Camera doppia grande con bagno nuovo, tutto molto accogliente e funzionale. Materasso un pò troppo morbido per i miei gusti. Bellissima spa completa di tutto, ampia, nonostante i molti ospiti non ho mai avuto la sensazione di ressa. Esperienza da ripetere. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio navetta per le piste da sci proprio sotto l'albergo. Macchina parcheggiata fino alla ripartenza.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti a febbraio e siamo stati benissimo. Le camere sono moderne, spaziose e pulitissime, come anche le terrazze. Ci sono piaciuti molto gli arredi, le tende, le tapparelle elettriche silenziose, i punti luce in camera. La ristorazione è veramente eccellente e possiamo dire che mettiamo questo hotel in cima alle nostre preferenze di sempre, non solo per la qualitò del cibo e per l'eccellente servizio , ma per come è strutturato l'hotel nella zona ristorazione, con delle piccole sale dove ci si sente veramente coccolati. Ottima la SPA e le saune anche se posso dire che non è il punto di forza perchè i posti in lettino sono un pò pochi a mio parere e manca una piscina o un idromassaggio all'esterno. In conclusione siamo stati veramente molto bene e speriamo di ritornare in questo splendido hotel.

Diamo il massimo dei punti a questo Hotel per diversi motivi. In primo luogo per la gentilezza di tutto il personale e per l'attenzione al cliente in ogni piccolo dettaglio. La struttura e gli spazi comuni sono confortevoli e arredati con cura, la pulizia ovunque è impeccabile. La nostra camera (standard) era un po' piccola per 4 persone, sopratutto il bagno, ma per un breve soggiorno è stata comunque adeguata e dotata di tutte le cose indispensabili. Bello anche il centro benessere. L'unico consiglio riguarda la piscina...l'acqua era davvero fredda, non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla, confortevole invece la vasca idromassaggio.

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel, il cliente è accolto in un ambiente famigliare che trasmette calore ma anche grande professionalità dalla reception ai collaboratori in sala e al bar. Colazione ottima, cena con buffet serale di antipasti sempre diverso e di qualità. Camere pulite ed accoglienti e centro benessere molto curato. Torneremo di sicuro

Da 4 anni, estate ed inverno, non riusciamo a fare a meno di soggiornare in questo Hotel! I titolari, Klaus e Karin sono veramente super gentili, pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza del Cliente, dando sempre un sorriso in ogni momento! Entrando in questo Hotel la sensazione meravigliosa è la pace che si respira, ci si sente veramente a casa! Nota di merito anche a tutto lo staff, ne approfitto per ringraziare in particolar modo Mary ed Evelyn. Pulizia delle camere eccellente, così come il cibo! Ottima anche la posizione, nelle vicinanze si trova la fermata dell'autobus e attività commerciali. Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel!!!

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni dal 27/12/24 al 02/01/25 all'hotel Vitaurina ma io e la mia famiglia sentiamo già la mancanza... La famiglia Budroni Plaikner e tutto il loro staff ha partire da Patrick sono stati eccezionali. Per non parlare dell'hotel di tutto di più (piscina dalle 6,30 del mattino, vasca idromassaggio, sala giochi...). Cena sempre varia e squisita, serata 31 dicembre 2024 bellissima che rimarrà sempre nei nostri ricordi. È solo un arrivederci non vediamo l'ora di ritornare. Grazie e a presto
