The restaurant service was amazing. Sameer, Raju and Basit provided 5 star service to all the guests. The banquet and dj was the highlight. Lunch was arranged for us even though the check in happened late evening. The reception staff vinay ensured a smooth checkin process

The rooms very well kept.. All housekeeping and hotel staff very courteous and helpful.. The restaurant manager and entire staff very caring and gave personal attention. Food excellent.. Chef deservers appreciation.. Thankyou chef.. But the entire staff makes u eant to comeback to the hotel.. We shall surely visit again.. It is a must recommend place!! Special thanks to Chef Raj, captain Raju, nikita, vinay and shashi for mqking us feel special withe service provided..

Place is so beautiful, full of positivity, quiet and rich with nature. Food was very good. Enjoyed our stay. Lastly Staff is loving and caring. Fun games, swimming pool, gym and indoor game room. Nicely curated plants and blooming flowers. Overall experience is wow. 10/10

Wonderful place for friends and family beautiful location I would definitely visit again . Only the food buffet needs to have more variety . Cleanliness was top notch . In terms of bed linen I wish you could have a more customer friendly setup like have both soft and hard pillows . So those who are not comfortable with soft can use the hard pillows and have a good night's sleep

I trip other resort also but my favourite resort is resenta resort in resort my favourite thing is pool this resort's pool is so clean his staying room is so luxurious his food is also very good and his anchoring guard ibrahim uncle is also give fun to we and my mom and dad

Enjoyed a lot, property is awesome. Food is very nice.All staffs are supportive n dedicated. Enjoyed daily activities for 3 days in evening time, Ibrahim is very nice person who is good anchor, played a lots of game vth him, done karaoke. In short, it's a memorable n wonderful trip to Mahabaleshwar, special thanks to all dedicated staffs n management of ReGenta Hotel.

Very good fun gaming by IBRAHIM Lots of enjoyment with family members Very good Mountain View Good quality diner and so good experience so far and the games which we have played here was so good and our time was going to fast with the anchor and the view of this place was amazing and the food was amazing and the staff were so good
