Although the hotel looks modern and the stock photos on the website make it look modern, it is in need of maintenance and upkeep. I wonder if they are understaffed or just don’t care about their customers. I was at this hotel for a week on business. I noticed they don’t clean the rooms very well. Pros: The A/C was freezing cold, which is actually a plus during this really hot weather. Cons: The light to enter the room was very dim and blinking like the bulb needs to be changed The shower has cracks, the water in the shower has barely any water pressure to take a decent shower. There is a nasty brown stain on the bathroom fan. The first thing the front desk says when they see me is “checking out?” Like they are just trying to rush the guests out of this place. On two occasions I asked the front desk lady in the morning if she can please have someone clean the room, change my garbage and provide more toilet paper as I was running low. She confirmed she would have it taken care of, and it was never taken care of. I asked again the next morning why it was not addressed and she said she would have it addressed and that she would let the manager know. Apparently that didn’t happen either since the room is still never cleaned and I’m still running low on toilet paper. I rarely ever write reviews on a hotel but I’ve also never stayed at a hotel with staff that have been so neglectful of upkeep or at least providing good customer service and keeping your word on addressing guest needs.

Comfortable beds, clean, nice staff, safe, wonderful free breakfast, quiet.
