The 1st 2 nights were pleasant, our 3rd night there was people in the room above us making banging noises and dragging what sounded like furniture across the floor all night long. We didn't get any sleep so we left a day early. Very loud people upstairs. Not happy. I would like a partial refund for leaving early because of the noises. I let the manager/owner know and she knew right away who I was talking about. There was no ice machine, no vending machines or laundry as signs at hotel stated. Also only access to office was through a small window because the door was always locked. Not good customer friendly. There was cracks in the toilet, just an older hotel. The location was nice. I want a refund for the inconvenience...😥😥

The owner of the hotel is incredibly rude and aggressive. When we arrived he says “$50 cash or no room”. We had prepaid and we explained that to him. He said that didn’t matter and that he needed a $50 deposit. We said we didn’t not have cash and he said it wasn’t his fault we reserved with a third party. Ultimately he refused to give us a room even though we had already paid for it. I have never had an experience where the owner of a hotel is so rude and aggressive - That he would demand additional money and then refuse us our room was astonishing.

Left a necklace there and when I called to ask if they found it hanging on the shower rod, they were so rude and told me sure would check 1 time and if she doesn’t see it there. There’s nothing she is going to do about it. She didn’t even give a call back so make sure not to leave anything there because you will not get it back!!

Wanted to check in at 2 pm he said check in was at 3pm and I needed to pay an extra $10 to enter, place wasn’t very clean at all , won’t stay again

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! When I first went in I knew it was something off. The place smelled funny, dirty looking walls, fly carcasses in the window. To top it off there were roaches in the shower and bathroom. Piss poor management too btw.

Cheap and dirty room.
Owner was very nice and friendly. The hotel room was very dirty. Room was cheap. Don’t walk around your room barefoot. Definitely an old smoking room that was never cleaned properly. The hotel is not in the best area of town.
