No wifi in room despite bringing it to the attention of reception on 3 occasions hence some TV channels wouldn't function.

Location perfect. Pool lovely. Although central very quiet. We had one bed apartment. Spotlessly clean. Small fridge with drinks. But enough space to put own bits in if needed. Lovely little pool side bar. Staff exceptional. Breakfast variety very good. Only criticism for us was the long shared pillows on bed. Otherwise bed very confortable. And a fantastic stay.

We were due to stay in the Puntazo hotel next door as part of a Trackday event at Almeria circuit, but they were full and we were allocated to this hotel. They had obviously only opened up to take the overspill as no bar of restaurant open. Never mind, it’s a nice enough hotel, clean and tidy. Went out for a meal and a drink and returned ready for bed. Well I say bed, a wooden board would be a better description. Jeez, never slept so bad. Made the decision to check out the next day and lose out on 3 nights accommodation and breakfast. On checking out the guy on reception did say they would put a mattress topper on, but by that point we had packed and made alternative arrangements. So if you’re good with sleeping on a wooden board, then you’re Golden, if however you like a little comfort, book the Puntazo next door which is really nice.

We stayed here for a wedding outside the hotel in July 23. Super hotel, absolutely spotlessly clean. Extremely helpful staff to the extent they lent us some change for the bus! Our second visit and would definitely return. Very close to great restaurants and beach bars. Superb.

Great hotel and location across from the beach with several beach bars opposite. Staff very helpful and friendly could not do enough for our very large group. Food choice superb although maybe too much not good for the waistline. Lovely setting everything you could want and very reasonable price

Just returned from a week's holiday at the hotel having been part of a large group of friends. I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Food was plentiful and varied and accomodation was all we needed but best of all were the staff! So friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Special thanks to Lewis for ensuring there was always enough Guinness at pool bar!... and salvatorie (as we called him as it was easier to remember) and Rosa, but actually all the staff were so friendly. Location was ideal as it was close to beach, bars and restaurants, with bus stop just up the road for a very cheap ride to the old town which should be on the to do list. We were a large group of 40+ so catering for such volume at once could have been a logistical nightmare but you would never have known it! Sad to be home now after such a great week. Well done everyone and looking forward to our return 😉 N+ K

Having just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel cannot fault it . Staff were fantastic hotel very clean . Great choice of food every night and location great. Lovely beach bars surrounding area . Can highly recommend this hotel

Just returned today after a week half board with 40-50 friends for a 'big' birthday party. Everything from the friendliness of all the staff, the rooms, the location & the food was excellent - worthy of a 4* hotel. The breakfast & evening meal had plenty of choice with hot & cold options. The rooms (or suites) were very spacious & included a kettle & fridge (a common question before we arrived!) also aircon. All rooms had balconies, or terraces facing the pool. The location is great, with plenty of bars & restaurants close by with some on the edge of the beach. The bus service to Mojacar old town (a must see place) was every half hour with pick up stop 100m from the hotel & 1.20 euro. Garrucha also a bus ride away, has a marina & while we were there (16-23 April) a 'Tapas Trail', where 50+ restaurants offer their signature dish & a drink for 3.5 euro - well worth a visit!

Fantastic position across the road from the beach, with very spacious bedrooms. Food excellent with wonderful accomodating staff. Great value for money. Stayed 16th to 23rd April 2023. Would highly recommend it for couples or families. John and Rose Woollacott

We have just Stayed in a fabulous room with large sun terrace, the pool is so clean and easy to access, sun beds were comfy and staff are so friendly and helpful, thanks William, Delia and all the staff for looking after us and giving us a great relaxing holiday.

Hotel vlakbij de zee. Ruime kamers, schoon, ontbijt en diner buffet goed geregeld. Gezellige bar voor een drankje. Vriendelijk receptie en behulpzaam. Waterflessen te koop in het hotel. Enige nadeel zijn de keiharde matrassen. Prima hotel

No es el típico hotel de un edificio enorme con muchas habitaciones. Tiene una distribución muy chula. Las habitaciones completas con su salón y baño independiente y su terraza. La piscina muy bien y varias tumbonas para tomar el sol. El personal super amable. Te acompaña a la habitación y disponible para cualquier cosa. El buffet muy bueno. El hombre que está en la plancha encantador, recomendándote y acercándose a ultima hora a las mesas a saludar. La ubicación mejor imposible. Al lado de la playa y con un montón de sitios alrededor para comer, tomar una copa... Hemos quedado muy satisfechos.

Cuando leo algunas opiniones muy negativas sobre la estancia de algunos clientes en este hotel pienso que deben estar refiriéndose a otro distinto. Mi experiencia, como parte de un grupo numeroso de amigos, no pudo ser más satisfactoria. Nos alojamos mi mujer y yo en una habitación/apartamento que disponía de amplio salón con terraza y minibar, cuarto de baño completo y dormitorio con dos camas. Había un armario grande en el dormitorio y otros dos más pequeños en el salón. Es cierto que las instalaciones no son de última generación pero eso no quita que estaban limpias y bien conservadas. El dormitorio tenía un pequeño balcón y el salón una amplia terraza, ambos con vistas a la piscina, al mar y a las montañas. Estuvimos en régimen de pensión completa y el bufet (servido siempre en el hotel contiguo El Puntazo) era extraordinario en variedad, cantidad y calidad. Por la noche, de 22 a 24 h, había actuaciones musicales de altísima calidad. En seis días que permanecimos allí hubo tres grupos musicales diferentes. Todo el personal (recepción, bufet, limpieza, ...) empezando por su directora, Rosa, a la cabeza, fueron encantadores y muy resolutivos. El hotel está a pie de playa y la piscina muy limpia y mantenida. Para terminar, Mojácar, Carboneras, Garrucha, Almería y Águilas (Murcia), localidades cercanas que visitamos, bien merecen una visita.
