No wifi in room despite bringing it to the attention of reception on 3 occasions hence some TV channels wouldn't function.

Very friendly hotel with some very helpful and nice team members in particular Sotiris on reception and Lola in the pool bar. We had a nice corner room by pool. We encountered a few maintenance issues that were very rapidly sorted out so no problem. Everywhere very clean . For breakfast we had to go to the adjacent sister hotel, no problem for us but if you have mobility issues would suggest you stay in sister hotel the El Puntazo. Breakfast very good quality and plenty of choice . Would definitely stay again , it is good value for area and good location, plenty of street parking and also free parking at the El Puntazo. Underground secure parking if you require at a charge . We had a very pleasant stay , thank you to all the team .

Although we booked last minute the hotel were very accommodating to request to type of room we wanted. The rooms were lovely great balcony overlooking pool and beautiful little Juliet balcony in the bedroom. Great to have a fridge aswell. Room kept spotlessly clean. Hotel was nice and peaceful always space around the pool. Great position just a short walk to seafront and beach but in a nice quiet street. Breakfast was served in the hotel next door and it was excellent. We also used the bar at the sister hotel that had live music most nights. All the staff at the hotel were lovely and especially Lola at the pool bar - her special Tinto de Veranos were delicious. Will definitely return.

Location perfect. Pool lovely. Although central very quiet. We had one bed apartment. Spotlessly clean. Small fridge with drinks. But enough space to put own bits in if needed. Lovely little pool side bar. Staff exceptional. Breakfast variety very good. Only criticism for us was the long shared pillows on bed. Otherwise bed very confortable. And a fantastic stay.

We were due to stay in the Puntazo hotel next door as part of a Trackday event at Almeria circuit, but they were full and we were allocated to this hotel. They had obviously only opened up to take the overspill as no bar of restaurant open. Never mind, it’s a nice enough hotel, clean and tidy. Went out for a meal and a drink and returned ready for bed. Well I say bed, a wooden board would be a better description. Jeez, never slept so bad. Made the decision to check out the next day and lose out on 3 nights accommodation and breakfast. On checking out the guy on reception did say they would put a mattress topper on, but by that point we had packed and made alternative arrangements. So if you’re good with sleeping on a wooden board, then you’re Golden, if however you like a little comfort, book the Puntazo next door which is really nice.

We stayed here for a wedding outside the hotel in July 23. Super hotel, absolutely spotlessly clean. Extremely helpful staff to the extent they lent us some change for the bus! Our second visit and would definitely return. Very close to great restaurants and beach bars. Superb.

Great hotel and location across from the beach with several beach bars opposite. Staff very helpful and friendly could not do enough for our very large group. Food choice superb although maybe too much not good for the waistline. Lovely setting everything you could want and very reasonable price

Just returned from a week's holiday at the hotel having been part of a large group of friends. I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Food was plentiful and varied and accomodation was all we needed but best of all were the staff! So friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Special thanks to Lewis for ensuring there was always enough Guinness at pool bar!... and salvatorie (as we called him as it was easier to remember) and Rosa, but actually all the staff were so friendly. Location was ideal as it was close to beach, bars and restaurants, with bus stop just up the road for a very cheap ride to the old town which should be on the to do list. We were a large group of 40+ so catering for such volume at once could have been a logistical nightmare but you would never have known it! Sad to be home now after such a great week. Well done everyone and looking forward to our return 😉 N+ K
