Siento que me van a faltar palabras para este alojamiento, para resumir resalto el trato de los dueños, encantadores y atentos con sus buenos consejos y atención, la limpieza y cuidado de todas las zonas y un desayuno buffet muy fresco y con un poco de todo...aaaah y solo adultos, que para descansar es IMPRESCINDIBLE. Deseando encontrar el momento para volver.
Pd. Hace falta coche pero en 9 min estás en Mojacar pueblo y en 16min llegas a Garrucha, muy bien comunicado (la playa tambien a 15 min)

Un hôtel absolument charmant, que nous avons adoré, le plus bel hébergement de notre tour en Andalousie. Un havre de paix avec un très beau jardin et de belles chambres bien agencées. Carsten et Yvonne sont des hôtes accueillants, leurs conseils pour visiter la région et pour les restaurants sont excellents (a suivre sans faute !). Tout dans cet hôtel est très bien pensé, on sent que Carsten, le propriétaire, soigne personnellement les détails. Une excellente adresse dans cette région d'Andalousie. Nous y retournerons !

Na de super relaxte vakantie van vorig jaar, hebben we er ook dit jaar weer voor gekozen om te verblijven bij Cortijo El Sarmiento. Even helemaal onthaasten. De stilte en rust van de kleinschalige B&B, de diverse massage en welness opties, het heerlijke dagelijks verse ontbijtje met fruit uit eigen tuin en de gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van de eigenaars. Royale kamers van alles voorzien, zachte bedden, een prachtige tuin en een verwarmd zwembad. Er was niks te wensen over en ook volgend jaar zullen ze ons daar weer terug zien. Voor in de avond zijn er op 5-10 autominuten afstand diverse restaurants in de omgeving en ook ter plaatse is er eens per week een culinaire verassing te boeken met bijbehorende wijnen. Al met al een paradijsje onder de Spaanse zon.

And again we stayed at the lovely Cortijo El Sarmiento. We love the location, we love the hosts, we love the tranquility. Once or twice a week a fine dining is offered. These dinings ar worth coming back for each year. You don't have to leave the Cortijo for an enjoyable vacation. But if you want: the environment offers you great places: a lovely (Mojacar) village, nice beaches and nice walks in the mountains. We will be back!

How do you write about a place that has captured your heart and soul ? We arrived tired ,stressed after a very traumatic year and we leave tomorrow totally relaxed and rejuvenated .We are so thankful to of found this unique hotel and will return Yvonne and Karsten do everything they can to make sure you have the best stay ever . From the famous Karsten breakfasts , to the guest chefs and the sharing boards food is a big part of Cortijo El Sarmiento experience . The bar is the evening meeting place before dinner or after a meal out . Yvonne will advise where to eat out ,what to see and book for you . She’s a mind of information Our garden room was a lovely hideaway with its own garden and terrace . It meant we could be on our own or go to the pool for a swim We’ve traveled the world but never had such tranquility ,ambience and above all amazing service From the bottom of our hearts thank you

Wir besuchen das Haus regelmäßig seit 10 Jahren und sind jedes mal auf's neue begeistert! Ob die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer, die liebevoll zubereiteten Speisen und Getränke, der persönliche Service, hier stimmt einfach alles von der ersten Minute an. Insofern halten wir das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für absolut fair. Auch die Lage des Hauses etwas abseits empfinden wir als wohltuend. Dafür wird man am Fuße eines Bergrückens mit einer fantastischen Aussicht und Ruhe belohnt.

Todo un descubrimiento! Un lugar increíble para perderse y desconectar alejados del bullicio. El cortijo es espectacular, todo cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. La piscina es una pasada, puedes disfrutar de un baño las 24h , además si te apetece un café, refresco, etc solo tienes que prepáratelo (y anotar en tu ficha!) Los desayunos increíbles, las mermeladas están exquisitas! La ubicación está ok, a 5 min en coche de Playa Mojacar, y muy próximo a las mejores calad del Cabo de Gata Yvonne y Carsten, son unos anfitriones de lujo, te hacen sentir como en casa! Solo una cosita como mejora, disponer de la opción de poder cenar en el Cortijo, aunque sea algo rápido/frío, nos comentaron que en otras fechas si hay opción de cenar pero en Agosto por el perfil de clientes no está disponle! Recomendable 100% Ojalá volver pronto!!!

I spent the entire last week at Boutique Hideaway Cortijo El Sarmiento, and it was an unforgettable experience. Yvonne and Carsten are incredibly kind hosts who go above and beyond to make you feel more than at home—completely pampered! The views of the countryside, the serene pool, and the overall tranquility were exactly what I needed to unwind and relax. The peaceful nights, gazing at the moon and stars, accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature, were truly magical. The breakfast is fantastic, and even the other guests contribute to the experience—I met some wonderful people during my stay. Without a doubt, I will be returning to Yvonne and Carsten's beautiful home. Thank you for such an amazing stay!
