Lovely and cozy cottage. We arrived to the lights on and the heat already going it was perfect after a long drive. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The room was dirty and felt like insects were biting my feet all night too, couldn't sleep well. There was no reception at the hotel, only one telecommunications provider received the signal. I hadn’t received the room pick-up email before. Fortunately, the resident in the isolation room lent me a phone and called the hotline to pick up the room. Overall, it was a bad accommodation experience.

Really lovely area and fantastic idea to place cabins amongst the trees the way they have. Gorgeous native wildlife around the place to look at and listen to, which is a big reason we wanted to stay in the mountains. Great bathroom and a decent sized room, however the room and bedding was very dusty. The couch had some unsightly stains (I'd be putting removable covers over those myself) Mattress was very uncomfortable (springs in your back all night) and there is no onsite reception (and limited phone signal even for Telstra) so its a bit hard to contact anyone when you need things. If you can be pretty self sufficient and don't have allergies or a bad back, it's good enough for a few nights and nature makes up for the lack in other areas
