The owner very friendly and dedicated, my kids feel happy & comfort to stay in. Highly appreciated to the owner who accompanied us to the night walk around. Of course we will be back again.

Very pleasant and warm stay

The owner of the residence is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is ok, bathroom cleanliness can be improved.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Good location and room was very clean. Breakfast was good. The boss provided medicine and drove us to the doctor in the middle of the night when my son was sick. We realised then how important it is to stay with a good host, especially in some rural or small area.

I really appreciated this hotel, the owner is very helpful. He took a good care of us. The location is very good, just 200 meters from bus station and 100 meters from square. The decoration is very nice, it made from pine. The room is clean, the bed and blanket are very warm. Highly recommended for who want to visit Beichi village.

I am from Singapore. Stay in this hotel from 24 Oct to 28 Oct. The hotel boss, Mr Wang give an excellent services to us. He is extremely friendly and helpful. Provide us with all the necessary information we want. He also give us some good recommendation on which eatery to go for good food. Will definitely recommend anyone to go there if you plan to go to 北极村

The room is quite big, the service is very good, the uncles and aunts are very enthusiastic, they invited us to eat frozen pears and frozen persimmons, and played the game of splashing water to make ice, which was a success. It is very close to Qixing Square.

I was very lucky to book this B&B. As soon as I arrived at the B&B, the owner enthusiastically brought many heating packs and prepared hot water. I felt so warm instantly. The B&B facilities are very complete. It is located in the center of Arctic Village. The all-wooden room makes people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the room. This time we stayed in a triple room, which was spacious. Since we lived on the second floor, the boss He also thoughtfully helped us carry our luggage to the second floor, and was very enthusiastic in helping us find a car and recommending tourist attractions. Let's talk about the proprietress. She is as warm and friendly as the boss. The breakfast is made by the proprietress herself (delicious), especially the fried dough sticks are really delicious. There are also many home-cooked dishes on the first floor. There are also large flower cotton-padded jackets in the store that you can borrow (for free). There are two big snowmen at the door of the B&B. You can wear them and take photos. They are very beautiful.  People who come to Arctic Village are here for tourism. The kindness of the boss and lady is beyond words, which makes people feel like they are at home❤️ This leisurely mountain residence in Arctic Village is really the first choice (I’m afraid you can’t book it😁) Okay, having said that, I will use a few words to describe my feelings about Youran Mountain Residence: The clouds and mountains are green, the rivers are turbulent, and the wind is high, the mountains are high and the rivers are long.

I stayed here for three days and walked around the entire Arctic Village. I found that this is the best homestay. The environment is clean and comfortable, with full floor heating, and I didn't feel cold at all. The proprietress is very gentle, kind, and honest. The hospitality is very good. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious and the portions are super large. The owner of the homestay can help find a reception driver. He helped us find three drivers in a few days. They are all very good and enthusiastic. Very good. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean, the loft was large, the boss was nice and didn't talk too much, the boss's wife was very hospitable, she gave us blueberry juice and birch juice during the meal, and blueberry preserves before we left. The driver who helped us contact, Mr. Yan, was also very nice

The triple room we stayed in was relatively large, and we could walk freely even with the large suitcases of three people. The bosses are warm and courteous, and the drivers, Master Yan and Master Bai, are attentive and arrange the itinerary reasonably. The location of Shanju is excellent, suitable for hanging out anywhere, and it is highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just about 100 meters in front of the bus station. The room is very clean, especially the bathroom with wet and dry separation. The boss also recommends travel routes. The most important thing is that you can see the Aurora from the room window.
