Good location, easy to park at the public parking 300 m from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Great standard in the room and overall. Nice breakfast!
Close access to the all different ski resorts. Ski bus bis close but we chose the rental car.

Esperienza pessima!! Prenotato il 6 ottobre per avere posto il weekend del 18/19 gennaio, per ragioni personali. Ad oggi, 15 gennaio poco prima delle 19, mi viene comunicato che a causa di un overbooking mi hanno dovuto disdire la prenotazione (pagata tramite Booking 4 giorni fa). Trovo inconcepibile un comportamento del genere, sopratutto le scuse inventate dalla receptionist. Ah non dimentichiamo che mi offrono fino a 42€ per poter avere più scelta in un altro eventuale alloggio. A causa del loro disservizio, mi trovo a dover pagare il doppio. Incompetenti Allego mail di disdetta da parte loro.

tutto meraviglioso, qualità prezzo eccellente. Camera davvero carina e molto curata, spa essenziale (sauna e bagno turco - doccia) ma efficiente, colazione genuina (buffet classico con possibilità di chiedere degli extra senza problemi) servita con molta gentilezza dalla ragazza responsabile. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di cenare al loro Bristò e finalmente non una degustazione di mille portate invisibili ma una bella cena con piatti abbondanti e curati (unico consiglio fare più attenzione alla rigenerazione dei piatti in quanto alcuni tiepidi), davvero bravo anche il cameriere!!abbiamo subito consigliato il Bistrò ad amici. torneremo di sicuro!!

La suite del podestà è decisamente una delle migliori soluzioni a Moena (ma io estenderei il raggio anche ai paesi limitrofi della val di fiemme e di fassa) per le famiglie che cercano esclusività, comfort, spazi, e soprattutto un pricing conveniente. L'appartamento è nuovissimo e non manca di nulla. Noi eravamo in 5 e siamo stati benissimo: 2 stanze (una matrimoniale e una tripla), 2 bagni, un ampio soggiorno (con un grande divano letto per altri 2 posti) con cucina attrezzatissima. Parliamo di circa 70 mq di appartamento!!! Poi la posizione super centrale e l'affaccio sul piazza di Moena e sulle montagne. Tutto veramente al top! Il tutto con la disponibilità della reception, il posto auto in centro, la possibilità di accedere direttamente alla ristorazione del Faloria. Si consideri che una soluzione del genere con la formula albergo (quindi diciamo 2 suite per un totale di 60 mq di suite) mi sarebbe costata almeno 4 volte tanto! E non esagero. E non va dimenticato che prenotando dal sito dell'albergo ho avuto anche la possibilità della cancellazione gratuita fino a una settimana prima dell'arrivo. Sono quasi 10 anni che frequento le dolomiti, ma questa della Suite del Podestà è stata certamente la migliore soluzione per la settimana bianca in famiglia che avessi mai sperimentato. Decisamente consigliatissimo!

Personale gentile e disponibile; camera spaziosa, ben arredata e molto accogliente. I vari ambienti sono attrezzati per garantire confort al cliente. Il bistrot dell'hotel è eccezionale; la colazione a buffet è ben fornita con prodotti di buona qualità e di varia scelta. L'hotel dispone di parcheggio privato, ma nel caso in cui fosse tutto occupato, a 5 minuti a piedi e disponibile un'ampia area dove lasciare la macchina a 8€/die

We truly loved our stay at Hotel Faloria. It was a perfect choice and we will definitely want to come back. Hotel is located in the heart of Moena just next to the river, shops and restaurants. Room was newly refurbished, spacious, cozy and comfy. Lots of closet space perfect for my amount of luggage. Beautiful view from the windows, silent at the same time. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Small but pleasant sauna area. Very kind and helpful gentleman at the front desk. Practical conveniences such as ski room or free parking. Great quality for the value.
