We LOVED it here. Clean, cute, perfect sized, very nice & cozy. Property owner very attentive. We come down often to visit fam, and we have decided we will exclusively stay here and it’ll be our home away from home. Was perfect for us and our little kiddos.

Beautiful House
We had a wonderful stay. Gorgeous house with everything you need. The garage was wonderful for loading and unloading. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were so comfy. Thank you!

Clean and convenient Modesto property
I was in town for a family event and needed a place to stay. Aaron's place was exactly what we needed. It was conveniently located, had all of the amenities needed for a short stay, beds were comfortable, clean, the garage was a huge plus and Aaron was easy to get ahold of even though he was away on vacation. Nice place
The property was great and well furnished. Very nice to have a garage. i would stay again.The neighbor has barking dogs and every morning a neighbor started a very noisy car at four thirty a m, every weekday. Great alarmclock if you want to get up at 4:30.AM

Perfect Place for Two
Such a nice apartment, very clean and nicely updated. Lots of space, easy check in was super easy. Only issue we had was we lost power in parts of the apartment and the host never responded to us regarding that. Luckily it was the last night so it didn't cause much of an inconvenience.
