This lovely B&B is tucked away in a nice residential neighborhood about 20 min walk to the historic center (easier & free parking and quieter location). The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast had many delicious options, and Luca and his wife were wonderful, friendly hosts! We would absolutely return if ever in Modena again. Highly recommend.

B&B con servizi da hotel. Soggiorno di una sola notte assolutamente perfetto: camera spaziosa con letto comodissimo, bagno molto grande. Tutto arredato con molto gusto. Luca, il proprietario, gentilissimo e molto cortese. Colazione variegata e abbondante con prodotti del territorio. Il tutto in un contesto molto silenzioso e tranquillo.

Struttura a due passi dal centro (raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi), tutta ristrutturata e arredata con grande cura. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia, l'attenzione per i dettagli, la comodità del letto, la colazione abbondante e con vasta scelta ma soprattutto la cortesia del proprietario, una persona a modo, gentile e disponibile che ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato

Struttura utilizzata come tappa intermedia per un viaggio perché vicina all’ autostrada. Zona molto silenziosa,stanze ampie e pulite, bagno enorme, letto comodissimo, colazione abbondante, proprietario accogliente e discreto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo .
