Great location
Everything good. Just one thing they can improve on . Check in information for someone one that has no Wi-Fi is a little difficult since doors are controlled by WiFi app. Also they have air conditioning in room but not in the rest of the house which was hot and unbearable.

Checking antecipado ok. Localização excelente, cama confortável. Há café/cha/biscoitos e para e bolos disponíveis o dia todo. Isso é muito bom.
No entanto, a forma de localizar o hotel/apartamento/quarto não foi nada simples. Não estava claro que era no segundo andar e menos ainda qual o nome do quarto reservado. A chave/maçaneta não é nada intuitiva para abrir eletronicamente. Não estava claro que o banheiro era fora do quarto quando fiz a minha reserva.

No tiene elevador cargar maletas 3 pisos una locura y si no tienes internet no hay como entrar y ni siquiera te ayudan para bajar abrir la puerta no tenía baño la habitación

A truly surprisingly beautiful room was assigned to us, size is perfect for two, clean bath and toilet, easily accessible from the centre, easy to access and I think her name is Patricia (it has been months since we were there, pardon me if I forgot) was so communicative. I will recommend to other friends who will go to Modena.

Indubbiamente fortunata la circostanza di capitarci in assoluta solitudine ed esattamente nel giorno in cui sono stati conclusi lavori eccellenti di ristrutturazione e automatizzazione. In altri casi, potrebbe rappresentare un problema abbastanza serio il bagno in condivisione tra le tre stanze del piano superiore (l'appartamento ha tre camere al terzo piano e una al secondo). Questo è l'unico asterisco da aggiungere. Per il resto ci sono tutte le caratteristiche per rendere questa sistemazione ideale in città. Centralissima, proprio alle spalle del mercato storico, con entrata sotto un portico spettacolare, è un appartamento in stabile d'epoca, diviso su due livelli di cui quello inferiore comprende una camera, una cucina, un soggiorno molto grande apparecchiato per la colazione che viene lasciata al self-service. Tra cucina e soggiorno si trova tutto quello che è necessario per una buona e abbondante colazione, perfetta per affrontare una nuova giornata ed eventualmente un nuovo viaggio. Un punto aggiuntivo se lo meritano i proprietari che forniscono un pass per la Ztl ai clienti, un regalo molto importante.

Ottima esperienza: posizione eccellente, accoglienza non della proprietaria: eccellente. Siamo stati dotati di un pass che ci ha consentito di parcheggiare a due passi dal B&B ed entrare nella ZTL La proprietaria che ho conosciuto solo telefonicamente, efficiente e disponibile, a causa di guasto alla caldaia, e conseguente mancanza di acqua calda, ci ha rimborsato il costo una notte, e forniti di un voucher sconto. Tutto questo mi impedisce di dare un giudizio negativo, per il mancato riassetto della stanza e pulizia del bagno, che normalmente avviene, tenuto conto del costo della stanza e non trattandosi di un ostello, che mi ha lasciato davvero stupita. Il cambio della biancheria ogni tre giorni è diventata ormai la norma, ma rifare il letto e pulire il bagno...
