La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Modena. Possibilità di parcheggiare lungo la via apportando sul cruscotto dell'auto un coupon da compilare con il numero di targa e il periodo di permanenza. Il check in è on line e vengono inviati via mail i codici di accesso alla struttura e quelli relativi all'apertura delle cassette che si trovano nell'atrio e contengono le chiavi della stanza, il coupon per il parcheggio, un ulteriore coupon per la colazione. La nostra stanza é situata al piano terra, devo dire abbastanza insonorizzata. Metratura ampia, stile moderno, doppia finestra, una che affaccia sulla via principale, l'altra su un cortile interno non abitato, è dotata di aria condizionata, macchinetta per il caffè/the, all'interno dell'armadio anche l'asse e il ferro da stiro. Sul pianerottolo un erogatore di acqua. Bagno finestrato, ampio, grande doccia, spaziosa la parte di appoggio del lavandino, kit per la propria igiene personale. Informazioni dettagliate vengono fornite tutte via mail dalla proprietaria sia al momento della prenotazione che un paio di giorni prima del proprio arrivo. Vivamente consigliato!

*The room was exactly as pictured - clean with Wi-Fi and coffee maker in room. It had a surprising amount of closet space and two TVs! There was also a safe and a desk. *Their own branded products of soaps are provided in dispensers. I do not recall if they provided conditioner. *Like most places that we stayed in Italy, there was no English TV - bring your Firestick or Roku. *The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were rough. *If you're not on the ground floor, you will have to climb stairs. Note: The front desk is operated part-time and there are no amenities other than what's in you room. We had no problem getting a fee parking space right in front of the hotel. *The management was very responsive to emails and the woman working the front desk was nice and helpful.

Consiglio per chiunque venga a Modena questa struttura. Vicinissima, a piedi, al centro, con anche ottime possibilità di parcheggio lungo la via in cui si trova. Ambiente col giusto spazio, pulito e molto funzionale. La gestione avviene tutta in autonomia grazie ad un sistema di cassette e codici. L'ho trovata perfetta per il mio soggiorno.

Loved property very clean and modern! Would return to a lower floor as there's no lift, so difficult to transport luggage and oneself up and down the stairs! Could benefit from a microwave and coffee machine didnt work. TV wasn't easy to figure out but the people are so lovely.

Meget fin overnatning. Vi fik de oplysninger, vi havde brug for, til selv at få adgang til hotellet, som kun har en åben reception om formiddagen. Det fungerede fint. Nydeligt og rent rum med gode faciliteter.

Lovely stay Wonderful room in a great location. Self service check in was easy and efficient. Street parking available but we chose nearby parking garage for safety. Very clean and spacious room. Quiet.
