Absolutely terrible! Checked in & given a room that was clearly NOT ready! Two beds & one bed NOT made up with pillows on the floor. Bath dirty, not cleaned. No towels in the bathroom. Soap left in the sink opened & packaging to the side.
Breakfast was disgraceful! It didn’t exist. It was from 6-9am & at 8.30am there was only cereal! All the juice had gone, nothing replenished. Cooked food had all gone. Staff comment was that “everyone comes down between 6 & 7am & gets it!” There is no member of staff setting up, replenishing & cleaning up, it’s the front desk person doing everything. ONE member of staff at ALL times is crazy!

The hotel has newly painted walls, but other facilities are old, and the new walls cannot hide their shabby appearance. I wonder if the pillows in the room I stayed in were stained by the paint on the back of the bed? Or haven't washed it for a long time?
In addition, the WiFi speed of this hotel is very slow and basically unusable. The room is provided with a table, but there are no chairs, not even a single one. So what is the point of providing a table? ? ? ? ?

First time at a Sure Stay. Not a bad place, just some minor things that need to be fixed. When we got in the room the tv was on. Not a big deal until we find out the remote didn't turn the set off or on. We thought it was a on the dark side, not enough lighting. Not sure I would come back.

The customer service was A1 I felt at home next time I visit this will be my go to hotel to come to. I loved how the associates made sure all my needs were met, with a pleasant attitude. the room looked better than I thought it would I'm glad I pick this stay over the other hotels around me

Front Desk was great ! Tracy Jones did a great job tonight ! Room was great breakfast was good parking lot looked good and rooms ans bathroom was clean. Great hospitality clean environment great customer service and good job tonight with it.

The towels in room were stained, hair on the toilet. When arrived, Tracy continued to talk to worker instead of checking me in. When i went to room, that's when i found the above. I tried to show her and she went to let someone in their room and didnt come back. When i went to find her, she was in laundry room cleaning and talking to someone else.
