At a first glance hotel was pleasant, decorated nicely & clean. However no hot water on the first day we asked for someone to check it whom he said it’s broken, maintenance will be in tomorrow to fix it. 4 days later still nobody has fixed the shower and we’re still having cold showers. Room hasn’t been cleaned in that time either although stated it would be every other, no clean towels, no toilet roll, no water to drink (even if paid for) Tours are extremely expensive through this hotel so advise to to research elsewhere for cheaper options. Building works going on which blew dust into the room and covering our clothes/bags & bed. Screaming little kids with no respect for other guests outside the bedroom window at 6am after politely asking them to move along and be quieter they stayed and continued to shout. Buffet breakfast is gone unless you get there before start time (7am) and limited food allowed - don’t eat the pancakes either couldn’t be rawer if the chef tried. Wifi non existent on 3rd floor, Only positive is the pillows were comfy.

Me alojé en este hotel 8 días. Check-in: solo pagó en efectivo. Muy eficiente. Tómese 1 minuto Sin ascensor, pero mi maleta pesada estaba en la habitación, en el piso de la calle 1 en 10 segundos. Habitación muy limpia con aire acondicionado silencioso. Gran baño con ducha de agua caliente. Podría hacer con una alfombra de baño afuera. El piso es de madera pulida, muy agradable pero resbaladizo. Gran vista a una piscina grande y bien cuidada. Como bonus limpiar spapool adyacente. El desayuno buffet es bueno y amplio pero no llega tarde. No hay cereales para el desayuno. Cena: buena variedad, pero podría esperar un poco. Los domingos solo hay 1 cocinero. La piscina está muy bien cuidada y limpia. Los tricículos están en la puerta y te llevan a todas partes. A partir de PHP 100.

We enjoyed our stay and diving at Turtle Bay Dive Resort very much. Although it was fully booked during our stay, we didn’t feel crowded, and no services were compromised. All the staff were helpful and friendly. For example, Dennis, the instructor, happened to guide all of our dives, and the manager took care of details before we even asked. It's worth paying extra to get away from the noise and crowds. The ocean view, fresh air, tranquility, good services, and convenience of diving made our trip much more remarkable. We've been diving in the Philippines for over a decade in several spots. It's our second time in Moalboal. Turtle Bay Dive Resort and Moalboal are at the top of our list. Thank you!

I loved how warm and their staff is. It's the perfect resort for a mix of rest, relaxation and adventure altogether. They have a game room. Perfect for barkadas or for siblings or colleagues who checks in at the resort. I was greeted with warms smiles when I arrived. Check-in process was smooth. Check-out process is a bit long though. The room I stayed in is their Tour room. It was clean. I loved my bed and pillows. Aircon, hot and cold shower, TV were working. I like that there are many outlets inside the room and that I could get refillable water at the lobby. My room has a terrace but the view of this particular room wasn't nice but it's okay. They have toiletries and towels. The only missing though is conditioner. Soap is too small over a day's use. Shower area doesn't have a cover so water splashes onto the outside tiles. During my return, I stayed in their villa room, there was no light outside the door so it was challenging to open at night. Villa room is nice too - it has bigger TV, a purifier and a small ref, which I didn't have in their Tour room. Bathroom needs provision for hanging towel near the shower area. No space to put our other toiletries. There was only a space for soap, so we had to put it on the tiles on the side. Regarding amenities, we like that the pool temperature is warm. However, the pool ladder is loose, which can be scary to use. I like that we can use their snorkeling equipment for free and the clear kayak boat is free too for 15 minutes. There's no beach front, as in sand on the beach for you to stay at. Just stairs directly to the water. Our comment regarding the restaurant, the spaghetti was soaky, wonton soup was bland and no fish options on the menu. But some of their food are okay. I hope instead of instant coffee, I can have the option to choose drip coffee or have more decent options in coffee (I was sad about it, as someone who's particular with her coffee). Hope they will have espresso-based coffee or at least brewed coffee available instead of just instant coffee. Internet connection is okay, it might not be quite fast enough for video meetings. I was advised DITO and Globe signal are good in the resort. But maybe it was only just inside my room. I haven't checked the internet speed outside. There's live band after/during dinner time. The group who sang on our stay on the 29th wasn't so good but the one weekend prior was great. During my return, they prepared a small welcome back surprise for me. I felt so special. I really appreciated it. You can also request for them to prepare a small surprise for couples (ie., anniversary). The staff remembers returning guest too! I was also surprised to receive a returning guest voucher (free 1 whole pizza and a pitcher of iced tea - can only be claimed within my stay). The sunset in Pescadores is beautiful too! Beautiful resort right in the heart of moalboal. Great for a relaxing holiday but close enough to walk to the bars if you fancy a night out. The owner is lovely and very hospitable and the pool/outdoor area is amazing. The rooms are clean and very cosy plus the staff are so nice and helpful ! I would highly recommend staying here if you are heading to Moalboal

Excellent structure, spacious, new and well-kept rooms, comfortable and clean with air conditioning and private bathroom. Rooms with TV, hot and cold water. Free water dispenser available to guests. nice staff and available. Restaurant/bar on site where you can also make breakfast. Structure located in Moalboal in a very active area where the bars are open until late night. Perfect location. Near restaurants, bars, beach of Panagsama. The coral barrier and sardines are located just in front of the structure. Diving school. Great for those who love snorkeling and diving. Open reception not 24 hours on 24. They accept payment with credit card. Free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the facility. At request, they organize transfers with private cars with driver and excursions. Basdaku beach also called White beach a few km away. Available with tuk tuk. It is recommended for those who are looking for a building in the centre of Moalboal with a diving school, but also for those who want to relax on the beach of Panagsama.

This is actually the best accommodation we ever seen in moalboal . My fiance and I stay there for 3weeks and we actually loved it. They have beautiful ,clean and comfy bed . With a kitchen which my fiance loved it . With beautiful beach view in the tower which alex love it so much. Iloved the staff how they taking care of the guest . Ate vilma and kuya there is very helpful if you need help . hope to comeback soon again. Thankyou for the great service . It’s worth the price ❤️

I stayed at Hale Manna for a couple of nights as a part of our friends' wedding after-party/trip. The grounds and scenery are breathtaking. The staff is very accommodating. They offer massages on the beach and in the rooms; my husband and I opted for in-room and we agreed the massages were terrific. The individual bungalows were cozy and charming. They only have one restaurant but the menu offered a wide variety of food, ranging from Filipino dishes to pasta to pizza. The ice cream freezer was well stocked with Magnum popsicles, Cornetto, and other goodies. The beach at low tide revealed dozens of tide pools where we found snails and hermit crabs. I had the pool all to myself on our last day, but even when there were other people in the pool it never felt crowded. This is seriously a slice of heaven on earth!

The hotel is strategically located, with the seaside and natural ecological environment. With the PADI Dive Center, you can book a variety of deep dive, snorkeling projects, and the coach is enthusiastic, the service is very thoughtful, for our sake, I feel so lucky to meet such a hotel. In terms of food and beverage, the hotel itself has a lot of food and drink supplies. Due to the tired diving every day, it is regrettable that we do not drink happy hour cocktails. Because on the beach, there is a short road that is very bumpy. If it can be repaired, it will be more perfect.
