The staff was very welcoming upon my arrival. It almost felt like I was visiting family. The room was very clean and I had a nice view of Negros Island. I enjoyed relaxing on-facility massages which were wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My stay here at Blue Orchid was absolutely amazing 🤩 I highly recommend anyone who wants a great time to come stay here. The staff is one of a kind won’t find anyone better. It’s super clean and amazing views of ocean . Very great for family and couples has a great pool and restaurant as well, and the food here is was excellent

We contacted Michael, the owner of the diving center who was not on site at the time of our vacation. The prices of the dives were agreed with him 1600 pesos per dive with a 10% discount if we did more than 10. We did 13 of which 8 from the boat and 4 from the shore and oslob. Taking into account that every day we were the ones asking where to go, they were not very proactive, the boat was ok but the distance from the rear to the diving point was 100 meters, very beautiful reefs. Ridiculous that they do not have credit cards to pay. They accept cards everywhere in the world. I did not like the fact that they were never punctual and never offered me dives unless I requested them. Pescador Island, since there were few divers, they asked me to rent a private boat, price 80 euros, I remind you that we are in the Philippines and 10 minutes of navigation. Oslob not to do with them a theft about 200 euros when if you rent a driver on site you pay 1500 pesos per head for diving. The only and only positive note Jeff our guide in the dives who did his best to make sure we were comfortable and saw many things he deserves 10 and praise the others leave something to be desired perhaps inexperienced without Michael

Absolutely recommend a stay in this resort. My family (two adults and three teenagers 18, 16, 14) loved our six days here. It is a little out of the way but this was part of the attraction for us. Views were stunning both from our favourite spot to play board games and chat as a family and from our room balconies. When we were there two of our children learned to dive and Nathan was amazing at teaching them. The staff team are so friendly and special shout out to Emily and Adam who were always willing to go the extra mile for us with a smile. Also we ate most of our meals on site and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. The Filipino breakfast and Pancit went down a storm with us. One to add to anyone’s bucket list.

Top tier place, I really enjoyed my time staying here definitely the best place I’ve stayed at in the Philippines. The food is great the staff are really friendly and helpful. We nearly missed our flight because we went out the night before but the staff made sure the driver knew we had to get to the airport asap and we made it!! They were also great at giving recommendations for activities during the day and which tour guides to use. Their advice made my time in moal boal unforgettable!! Rooms are really clean and are very comfortable to sleep in, plus there’s no outside noise when you’re trying to sleep. Views of the sunset are also incredible. 10/10 from me will be staying there again whenever I’m back in moal boal!!

Its location, both quiet and very close to the hustle and bustle of Moalboal, the excellent meals, the extreme kindness and availability of the staff, fabulous Yoga classes with Sarah and magnificent scuba diving with our great instructor Jeff : he made us safe and introduced us to fabulous species of underwater fauna and flora. We will return with great pleasure and absolutely recommend this establishment where we felt at home. Thanks to Mickael and his entire team!

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Blue Orchid including diving with Jeff, the hardest working Dive Master in the Moalboal area (maybe the Philippines)! The grounds are fabulous with vegetation creating an almost jungle like atmosphere and living up to its name with various orchids growing throughout the resort. If you like a quiet resort away from everything, then this place is for you, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay after the hectic island of Malapascua. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite which is quite large with three separate areas, the bedroom, the TV room, and the upper patio. The bedroom is the only air-conditioned room as the TV room and patio are open air. Our goal was no TV for our month-long vacation in the Philippines, so we really did not use this room. The upper patio has fantastic views of the Tanon Straight separating Cebu from Negros and we enjoyed morning coffee and sunsets from this area. We loved the food and ate here for all meals except one. Michael, the owner, and staff were very friendly and helpful which added to the relaxed atmosphere of this resort. Michael even helped us out with my wife’s illness and demonstrated what a dedicated and compassionate manager he is. Thanks again from Kristi and Brian!!

Great hospitality from everyone we met, including the owner Michael. Perfect spot to start your diving experience or improve it with certified PADI instructors. Nathan and Anna were great patient teachers for us. Ps: Mango juice was amazing.
