OK for a short stop, has a kitchen, but far from the beaches, food around is meaty, hard to find vegetarian, close to the bus stop

The main advantage of the hotel is the kitchen where you can cook. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a toaster, shaker, and dishes. You can cook your own fish and shrimp, which are sold two steps away at the market. Panagsama Beach is 5 minutes away by tricycle (150 pesos for 4 one way)

For this money it's just right, we lived there for a few days. It was clean and didn't smell of anything, the air conditioner was a bit noisy and it's better to clean the mesh from dust and possibly mold yourself, so as not to breathe. No dogs or roosters prevented us from sleeping, except for one night, the youth were having fun and turning on music. The room is small, there is a small chest of drawers and a small dryer-hanger. The plumbing is tired, sometimes it leaks, I went to Gaisano to a hardware store to replace the sealing rubber, well, the whole unit was sold as a whole. Every couple of days there is cleaning, if you ask, they can clean without a schedule. There is a kitchen, well, out of two stoves (4 burners), only two work and you can stand in line to cook. There is a toaster, drinking water, a small oven and dishes and a refrigerator. You can also rent a bike, if it is available. We did not find one, we looked for it ourselves. And the most convenient is not far from the bus stop, you can take a walk after a long trip.
